Hi GT.

First, I call the TripleClicks Executive Pool a profit sharing plan. All affiliates EA2 or higher get to share in the plan every month.

The profits that go into the plan are determined by SFI, based on the amount of sales made company wide during the month. The amount you can earn is based on the number of VP you achieve during the month. Each VP is one share. If you make 1500VP, you get 1500 shares.

Second, if you become a Team Leader, then you also get what

I think successful leaders in SFI know that they have invested in a business, and treat it like that.

I think successful leaders in SFI know that hard work on a consistent basis is the only way to achieve results.

I think successful leaders in SFI know advertising in the appropriate places and with appropriate ads will generate leads that turn into signups and active affiliates.

I think successful leaders in SFI know that communication with their PSA's is very important

I think the TripleClicks TCards are a great marketing tool. To whom would you give the cards to and why?

First, I would give them to people who are browsing garage sales or flea markets. They are obviously looking for some bargains, and because Tripleclicks advertises to be the largest online garage sale, these might be some great people to approach.

Second, you could try leaving some in shopping malls, like at the food court where lots of people congregate. YOu never know if one of these people might be looking for an online store to shop at, and this would be a great incentive.

What is the best way to learn (after SFI training) about advertising using the internet when you are a complete novice?

I feel the best way to learn about advertising is to use the search engines like Google.

Try searching for free advertsing, paid to click (PTC) sites, cost per click (CPC), text ad exchanges, article marketing, online classfieds, and any other search terms that you might come up with.

Searching is free, so once you have the first page of listings, go to each one and read on what they offer. Write down the information you find, and then compare each one to see which one is most

Why don't more people work towards advancing in SFI?

There is a significant learning curve with SFI; you should do lots of reading from what is available to understand what SFI is all about. Most people today are so motivated by instant gratification, that pursuing something like SFI that takes time is just not for them.

SFI has to be recognized as building your own online business, and a lot of affiliates who join up don't realize that. When they do, they quit because they don't want to work that hard.

Results take time in any

Hi Stephen.

I would say the best actions to focus on first would be all your actions that earn you free Versa Points. Since VP determines your rank and income level, making sure you earn those free ones might make the difference between reaching the next rank you can or not.

Focusing on those daily actions might also help you develop the habits you need to keep successfully building your SFI business.

Next, however, is that you must focus on advertising. You need

What are the best ways to use the MY MOVERS tab to maximize your SFI business?

The My Movers tab is designed to show you the affiliates in your downline that are consistently logging in and earning the most VP.

Knowing who those workers are makes it easier to communicate with them on a regular basis to keep informed and engaged with the SFI program.

An engaged and informed downline will help increase your SFI business, because that is the basis of network marketing....having an active downline.

With each worker, you can reward those with whatever

How do we know if our PSAs and CSAs are serious about building a successful SFI business?

It can be difficult sometimes to determine who is really serious about this business. I know I had one BTL several months ago who was very serious about it, and then suddenly quit.

So, you never know what circumstances might happen to a person that would change their direction from being eager in this business to one who just gives up.

That being said, one thing to check on would be to look at their badges on their affiliate profile.

If they don't have at least an

How do you allocate your time for SFI and TripleClicks? What percentage of your time do you spend on marketing, training, communications, etc.?

Because I have a full time job, I only have a limited number of hours in a day that I can devote to SFI.

So, I allocate my time first by marketing as much as I can. Without affiliates or customers, I have no business to run. So marketing is number one in time spent.

Number 2 is answering any questions affiliates have, although if they don't ask, I won't have to spend as much time doing that. But communication is vitally important, so I make sure that my weekly emails try to

How is SFI different or better than other affiliate programs?

I think SFI is different from other affiliate programs in the following ways:

First, they have the TripleClicks Executive Pool, where 40% of all commissions generated are put into a fund where all affiliates with a rank of EA2 or higher can share in the money paid out. Not only that, but a Team Leader can increase their earnings through the Matching VP program, they also earn commissions from all affiliates in their downline up to levels, who are also EA2 or higher.

So, not
