(a) Both the methods have their own advangages. We can directly contact our PSAs if they have confirmed their ‘registration’ . This we can find from the genealogy by seeing a GREEN rectangle. If we see a WHITE rectangle that means our PSA has not yet confirmed his registaration due to message going to SPAM or JUNK BOX. In such cases it is difficult to contact them through direct mail.

(b) On the other hand sending messages though PSAs means we use SFI as the sender of our messages on behalf of us. SFI has better methods to penetrate SPAM & JUNK BOXES and make sure our messages reach to our PSAs

(c) So, in my opinion, we should use both the methods to make sure that we are successful in communicating with our PSAs as well as CSAs. You are never sure which method may work for you depending upon the email id of the PSA/CSA.

It’s a wonderful & wise question. Generally we tend to advise our Personally Sponsore Affiliate to slow down and not to become Team Leader very fast.

Case 1

It may apply for the affiliates who are less educated, less witty & a bit more lazy. They may take more time to understand information given in Launch Pad lessons, Start section & SFI Basics etc. In fact there is a lot of information given in SFI in other sections too. Like information under the tabs Alert, To-di-List, daily Tips, tripleclicks, Scoreboard, a2a, Movers, Growth, Goals and Ask-SC. They may take more time to understand all this information. Such type of affiliates are needed to go slow for becoming team leader as they would not succeed in duplication.

Case 2

On the other hand, there may be PSAs in your down line who may have completed 1500 VPs in a day or too showing you the sign of their intelligence, wit and smartness. You know that these are the affiliates who are going to make your business really strong. They are good and fast in reading all the information provided in SFI. First of all maintain a constant communication with such candidates and then advise them to go Team Leaders as soon as possible. I am sure they will succeed in duplication of SFI business too.

A very good & thoghtful question. I try to answer the way I do with my downline.

1) In order to ensure that duplication happens in those you sponsor, the first and foremost thing is to establish contact with the affiliate you sponsor. Unless he/she verifies their emails it is impossible to pass on your instructions to them.

2) There are various methods to establish contact with them like through email id, PM (Personal Messages), Face book, twitter & similar Social Media Networks.

3) Once you are in contact with them you can easily assure duplication in your team. You need to lead your team by example. First you do a certain activity. See the benefits yourself & then pass on to your team with the appropriate links.

4) Always be ready to answer their questions by learning more about SFI yourself. You will succeed in SFI only if they succeed. Therefore provide them with a solid support. Send them Tips on scoring more and more Versa Points

5) Every week send out PSAs and CSAs messages giving useful tips and information specially how you achieve more and more Versa Points. This will ensure greater duplication among your downline. Do not worry about the responses you get, just keep doing your job and keep them guiding.

6) Send E-cards to each and all your downline who make the progress like becoming an EA, BTL , winning Daily Grand prizes so that they know that you are keeping a watch on their progress.

7) Maintain your Leadership Page. Keep it updated with new blog entries and your best tips for the day. Send your URL of your Leadership Page in every message you send to your downline.

8) In your Leadershipship page, you can set up Incentive?rewards for doing some activities that may motivate them to do some extra work. Motivation is necessary for those who are not self motivated.

9) You must respond to all emails from your downline as soon as possible. Provide them the necessary solution, guidance and support with in 24 hours.

10) Work with the PSAs who are still in E365 contest. Click on their id & visit their snap shot. Read vital information about them. Guide them how to remain above GREEN LINE. Make sure that they win the E365 Championship.

In order to provide best tips to your PSAs or CSAs, it is of paramount importance that you get connected with them by any means as Communication is the Key to Success.



Here are some ways to get connected with them:

1. Through email ids.;

2. Through e-card messages;

3. Through PMs (Personal Messages);

4. Through Social Media Networks; and

5. Through phone calls etc,



Once the communication starts it becomes easy to guide, support and help your PSAs and CSAs. Now next important issue is to build a strong and motivated team of active members.



STRONG TEAM:



A strong team consists of self-motivated people, having urge to learn and also they need to be self-reliant as far as some investment is concerned to go EA2 from the second month onwards.



MOTIVATED TEAM

Do guide them to go EA as soon possible, then maintain as EA2 at least every month to retain their CSAs. Becoming Fast Track member within first 10 days would be an additional advantage.



They need to join as Wave3 program. Should advertise their gateways regularly on blogs, websites and social media network. Tell them to become Team Leaders to earn more. Also emphasise that “Leaders are Readers”. They should follow the “Rules of Success”.
