"What is the quickest way to advance from affiliate...all the way to Diamond Team Leader?" Duplication! Train your team and encourage them to train their team. Duplication is not only the quickest way to reach Diamond Team Leader, with the new requirements, it is the only way.
You also have to set the example that you want your team to follow. Do not expect your team to something if you aren't willing to do it yourself. Always remember that you are their leader, not their boss. Encourage them and be courteous. Reply promptly if they need help.
Read, especially the SFI newsletters. You have to know what is going on and the best sources of information are the newsletters and the Forum. I like the Biz Quiz because I am learning a lot from it and I am reading and refreshing my memory on important information. The very first thing that I learned from it was I wasn't quite as smart as I thought I was and that reading before answering is the best policy.
Know the Rules of success and practice them. It doesn't matter how well you know them if you don't use them!
Be enthusiastic about SFI and TripleClicks! Enthusiasm is catching.

What do I say to an affiliate who complains he's not getting as much out of SFI as he's putting into it?

Thank you for your question. Every person who starts a business knows that they are going to have to invest time, energy, and money in that business. It may take awhile for that business to turn a profit. If you join SFI expecting to make a fortune overnight, you chose the wrong company!
However if you joined SFI knowing that you are willing to learn, that you are willing to put forth your best effort, and that you will have to invest some money in your business, you will be successful in achieving your dreams. You can succeed in SFI without investing any money but it will take longer and be a lot more work.
I wonder if the person who is complaining realizes that he/she is investing in their future. I imagine at one time or another we probably all have a complaint with SFI ( that is why they have support ) but we know that SFI is the best company to join because they have been in business for 17 years, have the best leadership possible, and they are continuing to have world wide growth.
Encourage the affiliate not to give up on SFI too soon. If he/she quits SFI, they will never how close to achieving success they are.

Thank you for this question! I stress to my team that SFI gives us all the tools that need to become successful but that even the best tools are worthless until we use them! Because each person has unique talents and abilities, what works for one person might not have the same affect when the tools are used by a different person. Keep track of each tool and how it works or doesn't work for you! Be flexible and be willing to make changes if you have a problem. Check the forum because if you have a problem or a question about how something works, the forum has experienced affiliates who are willing to help.
READ! Before you try a new tool or technique, make sure you understand it. You don't want to follow the advice, " If all else fails, read the instructions! " Take advantage of the opportunities offered daily by your to-do list. Don't just hit the button to get the vp but read the information provided! There is a wealth of knowledge provided by SFI so that you can be confident that you are working with the best information available.

I think the best way to motivate your affiliates to become buyers at Tripleclicks to set the example for them. You should never ask your team to do what you are not willing to do yourself! If you are making purchases from Tripleclicks, give your team an honest evaluation of the products that you purchase. I trust my sponsor so I have made several purchases of products that he has recommended. I also let my team know when I find a great product at a good price.
One sure way to fail at getting your team to buy from TripleClicks is to make them feel that you are pressuring them to make purchases. No one wants to feel that they are being pressured into making a purchase that they don't want or can't afford.
If you remind your team that TripleClicks is "our" store and that it makes sense to buy things that we normally purchase for our homes and businesses from "our" store instead of making the purchase from somewhere else. When we make a purchase from TripleClicks, we are helping ourselves because we are contributing to the success of "our" store.

Thank you for question because with the new rules, I am sure that most people are considering the changes that they need to make to make 2016 a suceessful year. My main concern is to find PSA'S that will stick with SFI longer than a month. I really think the signing bonus will help convince them that SFI is the best way to grow their income and offers the training needed to begin their business and to make it a sucess.
I think that I need to make an honest assessment of my business for 2015 to see what worked and what didn't work. Then I can map out the goals that I want to achieve in 2016. I already know that my first priority is finding and keeping PSA'S. I am considering a blog and I realize that I need to do more advertising. I will also make some changes in my welcome message.
I am enthusiastic about setting and reaching my goals in 2016 because I know that SFI is growing and changing and I want to be ready to grow and change with SFI. 2015 was a good year but 2016 is going to be even better.

Thank you for your question, "My team has a negative attitude about SFI. How can I change it to a positive one?" The first step to finding a solution to this problem would be to find out why they have developed a negative attitude. Are they upset over the recent changes that SFI has made? I will admit that when I first heard about the new team leader requirements, I was upset. Then I sat down and gave serious thought to the reasons that I joined SFI in the first place. I wanted to earn money to improve my family's standard of living. That hasn't changed. SFI offered the best opportunity to make money. That hadn't changed either. I decided that what needed changing was my attitude. I realized that the changes were made to improve SFI and to place the focus back on duplication. It meant that I would have to work harder to achieve my goals but when I did achieve them, they would provide better results.
The next step that I would suggest is to check your attitude. Are you stressing the positive aspects of SFI to your team? Are you following the Rules of Success, especially no. 14? As team leader, it is your responsibility to offer encouragement and support to your team. You set the standard that you want your team to reach. Set the standard high. I am not suggesting that you gloss over real problems that team is experiencing but instead of letting them focus on the negative, work with them to find solutions.
I am proud to be an affiliate of SFI and I think that 2016 is going to be the best year yet. I believe the saying that whether you think you can or you think you can't, you are right. Encourage your team to believe that they can!

Thank you for asking this question because it made me stop and think. I think that as affiliates one of our top goals is duplication and duplication is impossible without a strong team.
Step 1. You cannot build a strong team with active and motivated members unless you are an active and motivated member. You have to start with a strong, active, and motivated leader. You have to learn yourself before you can teach others. I believe in the wisdom that a reader is a leader. Take advantage of all the tools that SFI offers all of their affiliates and soak up knowledge like a sponge.
Step 2. Be proud of your accomplishments! Each badge that you have on your page is there because you earned it. It sets the example of effort and achievements that your team will follow! You can't expect members of your team to do something or to achieve something that you yourself are unwilling to do. Set the bar high!
Step 3. Be proud of your team and let them know it! Send them ecards and let them know in your stream posts. I learned this valuable lesson from my own sponsor. He taught me by his example what an awesome sponsor is.

I like your question "What is the best way to learn how to become a successful online entrepreneur?". For me the is simple because SFI provides everything you need at no charge. You begin by studying the Lauchpad lessons. They have all the information you need to start your business. Then you find a wealth of information from experienced affiliates in the Forum and Ask-SC.
I truly believe in the expression "Readers are leaders!" so I read all the newsletters, the streams, and look in on the Forum several times a day to keep up-to-date on the latest news from SFI. I don't think that I need to look elsewhere because SFI management provides the information that we need. The only problem may be that we aren't putting we learn to work for us. SFI is a success and they are willing to teach us how to be just as successful.

How do you work with and motivate an affiliate who has very limited internet access?

Thank you for this question. Until this past week when I was visiting my daughter and her internet service was continuously interrupted and it took hours to do what I normally can accomplish in minutes, I truly would not have understood the problem of limited internet service as well as I do now!
If a person has limited internet service, it takes planning to accomplish your goals. If you plan carefully, you can accomplish a lot in a limited amount of time. You also have to prioritize the items you need to do in limited time available. Certainly two of the items at or near the top of your list should be your to-do list and checking your emails. After these two items, each person would to determine what business has to be conducted. Depending on the time of the month, the needs vary. If after all of your business is completed you have extra time, you can play a few games or bid in the auctions. While playing the games and bidding in the auctions is fun, it also is helping you reach your business goals as well. You can earn valuable vp and mrp by participating in them but you can benefit by winning t-credits, PSA'S, CSA'S, s-builders, etc. to help your business grow!
With careful planning, having limited internet service doesn't mean that you only have a limited chance of success in SFI. It just means that you take the time that you do have available and use it wisely!

Many of my affiliates have blocked my emails. How can I be an awesome sponsor if I cannot contact them?

Thank you for this question. Until I read in the forum about problems with blocked e-mails, I didn't realize that there is a place to go to see why we were blocked. Until you find out why you were blocked, you are at a stand still because you cannot fix a problem until you know what your problem is! There might not be a problem with your e-mails but with your team members. If you are blocked, it throws a large roadblock in your quest to be a good sponsor. You can try to chat with them but your best solution may be to pass them on to another team member.

You can read here the reasons given for blocking you. Be prepared to learn and to make changes if necessary but remember that you can't please everyone. Also remember that a mistake is only a failure if you do not learn from it.
