Recruiting affiliates face to face and one on one should only form a small part of your sponsoring campaign.

For a start, depending on your personality, you need to be the type of person who is comfortable with talking business face to face, has the charisma of a successful car salesman, and can take No for an answer with grace and dignity.

There are books and self-help e-books you can read and get inspirations from, articles in SFI training tools and manuals, tips and hints

The Affiliate Center can be overwhelming for some people and to get your new PSAs up to speed will do just that- overwhelm them.

It will be a huge challenge to get new PSAs to speed up with SFI. There are many factors that will affect each PSA’s understanding of SFI and how it works. So take it baby step by baby step.

At the beginning, a friendly advice to just click the blue "SFI BASICS" button on their homepage will be helpful. Being new, your PSAs will be feeling

I am a firm believer in the KISS principle of doing things, the simpler and straight to the point the training is, the better for new PSAs and CSAs to have a full comprehension of how SFI works. We need not complicate things for them.

So the best way is to start from the time you send a Welcome E-card.

A request to confirm their registration, complete their affiliate profile and whitelist [email protected] will put them in a good starting mood.

Limitations and roadblocks are the negative thoughts we put in our minds.

It’s been said that while the path of LEAST resistance is rarely the right one, the path of LESS resistance might be just the shortcut to success we need.

If our limitations has to do with finances, for example, this kind of limitation will instantly become a negative thought and a roadblock as big as a mountain that will eventually limit our ability to think of ways to find a solution.

I don't know the answer to your question, so may I quote Section 39 of the SFI Affiliate Agreement:

"39. Transferability of SFI Affiliateship: In the event of an Affiliate's death, SFI will keep sending commissions in the method that's been selected on the affiliate's account. For example, if the affiliate had chosen to have his or her commission mailed by check, the affiliate's surviving spouse or other representative must ensure they have the legal right to cash a check made out

One needs to be creative and have a sense of fun to make SFI more exciting for our team.

To keep your team engaged, give them something to aim for.

Try having a Team Contest where you reward Gift Certificates, a share in your personal co-op, or Reassignments to the winner/s.

For example, $10 Gift Certificates for First Sale, First Recruit or First Personal Sign-Up, etc.
$20 Gift Certificate for First Time EA, EA2, or First time BTL, STL, etc.

The best way to promote SFI to prospects who have no experience with online business is to share your own experience.

You have been given some very good advice to having an open house get-together to present the SFI opportunity. Some are very impressive with the effort and thought put into writing their answers.

May I add that the days of in-home, or open-house, presentations are over, if not done with, with regards to SFI business opportunity?

For local affiliates, this may still work, but is it duplicatable? Affiliates from other parts of the world are struggling with the basic necessities

Should a person go for the rank of Team Leader if they don't yet have a team?

Once an affiliate understands how SFI works and what it takes to build a team, have achieved the rank of Executive Affiliate, he now feels ready to move up and should go for the rank of Team Leader even without a team.

As a Team Leader, he should now begin to actively sponsor people, going for higher rank, start team building and being a leader by starting from the 2 CSAs he receive upon becoming EA2. He may also receive support from his sponsor through reassignments.
