What is the most important message I must convey to my team to prevent them becoming inactive?

The most important message you can send out is that little progress is better than no progress at all. If they could just invest enough time to perform the daily actions, they are staying plugged into the system and that will keep them moving forward. Stay positive and encourage them to do what they can because any hint of negativity from your part will reinforce their decision to give up.

Should I stick strictly to using SFI's system or would it benefit me to add some of my own touches and strategies?

It is always a good idea to make your business personal by adding your own style to the system. However, I would be careful about how you go about making the system your own. There is a line should never be crossed, and that is why you need to make sure you read and understand the rules and guidelines provided in your training.

This is a tricky area to recruit because of the rules they have against free advertising. The best way to recruit new affiliates is to post status updates about the business without providing links so you avoid being flagged as spam. The "Share-it" buttons that appear on your "Alerts" page is a great place to start. You could post something like "I'm spending some time this morning with my online business so I can make sure I stay on top of the sales coming in this week."

Many affiliates seem only interested in the Daily To-Do list. How can I motivate them to do other activities?

You are in a good position because those affiliates are active. Now it's time to help them achieve the next level. I would use the weekly team mail to provide information about the many different features SFI offers for training and compensation and then offer contests to reward those who check them out. For example, I shared the Fast Track benefits page with those who just joined and told them that I would add those who achieve Fast Track status to my co-op so they can begin building their teams.

I want to recruit only SERIOUS affiliates. What should I tell prospects about SFI to ensure this?

First and foremost, present an honest picture of what the business is all about. Way too often, people get wrapped up in promising great benefits without sharing the hard work that is involved. If people think that they are going to get easy money quickly, they will get frustrated and leave early because this is not about getting rich quick. Be sure to let them know that it is a real business, and that means real work has to be performed if real results are expected. Those who are serious about

"Personalized" attention is defined differently by everyone. Some people who could be considered high maintenance type people would define personalized as a "hands on" approach where you are contacting them on a daily basis making sure they are doing well while those who are considered low maintenance can be satisfied with the weekly team mail message you send out. Since we are all unique, I would suggest that you keep a file with the names of your PSAs and CSAs and make notes

As I read this question, I can see 2 ways of answering. In the positive sense, a good sponsor looks for those PSAs who log in every day and gain action VPs. The sales VPs are good too, but the action VPs let me know that my PSA is doing more than just buying and selling stuff. Those are the PSAs that I try to monitor closely in case they have questions about anything or if they need encouragement as they try to immerse themselves in the system.

In the negative sense, if a sponsor is

What would you say to a PSA who states that their goal is to find an online job involving filling out forms and typing?

Sounds like they are looking for a Data Entry type of job. I would advise them to use a search engine to find companies that are offering those types of jobs. Companies involved with the medical profession are usually a good source for Data Entry positions. Other than that, I'm not sure how much more we can help because SFI is not that kind of company.

Is it good for affiliates to have their own ECA store at TripleClicks?

Having your own ECA store helps provide a steady income so if your affiliates have something they can sell on a regular basis and can get approved for a store, I would encourage them to sign up. And if you are the one helping them sign up, you will benefit from the commission so it's a win-win situation.

If you already have your five future PTLs identified (per THE PLAN), should you keep developing more first-level stars?

Wow! You are doing well if you have already at the point of identifying your five future PTLs! Well done! To answer your question about developing first level stars, I would say it is a good idea to continue developing because you will keep growing your income. By continuing the process, you are also setting a good example for others to follow and this could keep them motivated to continue to grow their teams.
