How do I identify amongst all my downline members which ones could be superstars in SFI?

The 2 items to look for are versa points and login dates. If you see a PSA gaining versa points at a steady rate, they are active and that will payoff down the road. The login date is important too because you want to make sure they are being consistent with logging in on a regular basis.
Try to avoid looking for high numbers with versa points because they can be misleading at times. For example, a PSA who signs up and gains 1,000 versa points the same day may turn into a tire kicker if they go several days without logging in. But if a PSA who signs up and gains 1,000 versa points over the course of a week is showing consistency and that means they understand how the system works.

What is the best way to help people who do not have money to invest in SFI?

The first thought that comes to mind is adding them to your own co-op so they can receive PSAs without having to go through any expense to gain them. Along with that, you should direct them to search for free advertising sites so they can start spreading the word. There are plenty of ways to earn without having to invest any money although it is a slower process.
Above anything else, be careful about offering your own money for help because you don't want to create a dependent. Meeting them halfway is appropriate to help them get started but you should never offer to pay full price because they need to be responsible for their own actions rather than expecting you to provide hand outs.

What do you need to do to make sure your CSAs and PSAs are receiving your email messages?

Some of this is out of your control, but you can try to contact them and make sure they add your email address to their contact list. This will let their email provider know that you are a trusted contact and it will decrease the possibility of your message getting moved to the junk folder. Along with that, be careful about sending out bulk messages. Some email providers have built in safeguards against spam, so if you send out bulk email to more than 10 contacts at a time, your message could get flagged and sent to the junk folder.

What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

Unfortunately, there are many affiliates who feel like the daily actions are a waste of time. The best approach would be to add up the VPs they could have during the month so they can see that even though 10 daily action VPs may not seem like much, they do add up by the end of the month. Other than that, you could stress the fact that with a higher rank, there are more benefits.
And finally, any business cannot be successful unless there is a daily routine involved. By going through the daily actions, you develop healthy business habits that will pay off because you are keeping SFI as a priority.

Why should I invest in SFI?
Earl Winfrey, Aff (South carolina, US)

You should invest in SFI the same way you would invest in any other business. I have found that my return on investment for SFI is very good so I continue to invest with the standing order every month. The old saying goes like this: "You get out of it what you put into it." That certainly rings true with SFI for we have to keep in mind that just like any other business, our success is directly related to our commitment to be personally invested in SFI.
How do I maintain or boost momentum in my group?

In order to help with the morale of my group, I try to include inspirational quotes and stories with my weekly team mail. I also try to acknowledge those who do well with a couple of T-Credits, an E-card, or a gift certificate to let them know that I appreciate their hard work. If they contact me, I try to respond as quick as possible so they know that I consider them a priority. I try to answer everyone within 24 hours to make sure they know that I received their message.
Why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages?

Unfortunately, the internet is full of "used car salesmen" who will promise the world just to get people to sign up. This promotes the mentality that it is possible to get something for nothing, and this attitude is what has plagued legitimate online businesses such as SFI. When people sign up, some of them may have the mentality that work is not required to be successful, and those are the ones who will try to coast with as little effort as possible and then become frustrated and quit because SFI did not "deliver" what they thought they were entitled too.

What are some tips for winning the Eager Zebra Card King game?

The best action you can take is to visit the "Tips for Winning" page so you can learn about all of the helps that are available to you. As you play, try to keep mental notes of how many high and low cards have been played so you can know the possibility of the next card being higher or lower. If you are seeing a series of low cards showing up, there is a good chance that a high card is just around the corner.
How do I get my affiliates to understand the importance of grabbing the DAILY Action VP available to them?

The old saying goes, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink." The best you can do for your affiliates is to remind them in your weekly team mails about the VPs that are available. Explain to them that by the end of the month, they will add up to increased commissions and rank. It helps to do the math for them so they can see the numbers and that will help them understand why they need to stay active.
How can I promote SFI and TripleClicks through television?

Promoting a business using television is not as complicated as it once was. Where I live, we have a local cable company that reserved a channel for local businesses, and they run ads on their TV listings channel too. I haven't tried it yet so I don't know about the technical side of it, but the ads they show are slides which can be created using a PowerPoint program. I'm sure the cable company would be happy to help with creating the ad.
Now for the question that is just as important as deciding whether or not to advertise on TV, and that is what should be advertised? With the many great products and gateway links available, it would be hard to narrow down the choices, so I would suggest that you create a simple landing page that will be easy to remember.
If you buy a custom domain and use a simple word that can easily be remembered, the person watching TV will be more likely to look it up. Remember that less is more when trying to give the link to your page. From your page, you can put as many links and banners as you can fit in order to keep a person reading. The more time they spend on your page, the more likely they are to click on the links.
Start with the cable/TV company and work on creating a landing page. You might be surprised at how easy it really is to get an ad posted.
