How do you handle being rejected over and over again when presenting the SFI opportunity to others?

Yes I can hear your frustration. Being rejected is common. You can not get everyone to sign up. No matter what you say people will still hold a negative view, you will not change this.
I take it with a grain of salt. I keep a smile on my face and reply it works for me because I am willing to participate daily and promote.
I let them know I am earning monthly. That if they did sign up they would be able to see my score board and see my results.

This is so important. Here is where you read other experienced members recommendations plus tips on how to achieve results. Within no time at all you will get a much bigger and better understanding of SFI to pass on to all your PSA members etc.
I suggest to do what I did. I made notes of everything then put them into practice the next day. I always refer back to my knowledge base.

Which is most effective for advertising SFI...a regular hosted website or a blog about SFI?

I kill two birds with one stone. In answer to your Question.
I purchase my domain which also includes a Blog.
I have been with my Domain Supplier since 2009. After I reactivated my SFI account in 2013. I went and changed the webmaster at my Domain.
Designing a training website for SFI solely.
I like the fact I can log in and design training individual pages.

What would be a good way to hold offline classes or seminars to train my PSAs about SFI and TripleClicks?

I use the E Cards and send messages Via the Genealogy Tab Weekly.
I also have a training page at face book. With a training group set up at Skype.
I give all my down line my face book link. Telling them to check back often.
I also tell them to connect with me at skype, where I will add them to our Training group. This way all my team can connect with each other. Showing support when I am off line. Team support is the key.

Three things you need to learn first before starting.

How to SEND AN E CARD
First I send an E Card welcoming all my new PSA members. Explaining how to stay above the green line.

Is it wise to 'bribe' your downline with Gift Certificates, TCredits or other incentives? Or does this practice come back and bite you?

First I never use the word Bribe. I would say support.
SFI is a well established proven program.
So many people jump from site to site in search of that quick dollar. Which never works.
They are very grateful when you offer them encouragement and support with T Credits, Gift Cards etc.
I use a Gift Card Capture link I designed. I then promote this at my favorite Traffic Exchanges. Capturing email addresses to welcome people who are interested in redeeming the codes.
