This is a very interesting topic. I have launched a contest "Name Our Team Competition" last November on my Leadership Page, even mentioning it several times in my teammail. I thought with a prize of $20 Gift Certificate for the winner with a clever and cool entry, it will attract participation and, as Patik said, wake them up and take notice. The lucky winner could have used the $20 Gift Certificate to kickstart their business. Surprise, surprise, nobody responded and when it ended on

I try to be an awesome sponsor every which way I can. So motivating my downlines is one of my priorities.

I try to channel my enthusiasm for the business by regular personal communications, sharing valuable hints and tips I’ve come across while reading the posts in the Forum, building their confidence by sharing my own experiences, especially in participating the Pricebender auctions in the TripleClicks.

In addition, I offer incentives such as giving TCredits, $10 Gift

What makes SFI better? For me it's the best internet-based income opportunity there is.
The simplicity of SFI marketing plan is such that anyone anywhere in the world can join free and build a successful internet business. There are only three simple steps that needs to be followed, and those are 1) Become an Executive Affiliate and remain an Executive Affiliate every month; (2) Recruit/sponsor 5 Affiliates following the methods provided by SFI; and (3) Duplicate by teaching these 5 affiliates

Will moving up my personal rank in SFI help to gain more trust from my downline members and help fuel further growth?

Definitely! Moving up my personal rank in SFI will help to gain my downline members more trust and belief in SFI business. As one Harold Green once said,"I don't believe in just ordering people to do things. You have to sort of grab an oar and row with them." It's important to walk the walk and talk the talk to show our downlines that they're not alone even if they're on their own.

And like them, I log in daily, visit my homepage, do the basics, do the daily, weekly and monthly

What is the best way to help my affiliates who can't afford to purchase anything?

I would start by emphasising the importance of Getting Started properly. As with any business there is a period for reading and learning the business procedures, so it is important to read and do the lessons on the LaunchPad and the personalised daily To-Do Lists. These activities are rewarded by VersaPoints.

To help Affiliates earn more VersaPoints, I would remind them to also do the following, if not already done-
. To confirm their registration – 150 VP

How do you plan to capitalize on the new S76 (Silver76Pack) product?

The new S76 (Silver76Pack) is an excellent marketing tool for 2013. I plan to use it (when I get mine in this month's order)to show friends, family and prospects that SFI is a Real Business where one can earn not only monetary profits but also Silver bullions. I want to watch them get silenced when they start to say negative things about SFI, then Silver them by my speech.

What is a good goal to shoot for in SFI this year?

My goal this year is to teach duplication by passing on to my downlines my PASS principle.

P – Prospecting. We start by making a list of who do we know. Family, friends, work colleagues, acquaintances – they are called “warm prospects”.

A – Advertising. Putting a Standing Order for S-Builder Co-op is the easiest and less expensive way to build SFI business. For just 72 cents a day, (units of S-Builder cost only $22) we can be building a residual income stream.

SFI's LaunchPad training provides great information and inspiration. Which of the 30 lessons is the most meaningful to YOU, and why?

For me,the most meaningful of the 30 lessons in SFI's LaunchPad is Day 28. The Rules of Success. Because no matter how good the methods and strategies SFI provided for us if we do not know the principles behind them, understand and apply them in building our SFI business we will surely fail.

The Rules of Success give us a very clear picture of the outcome if we follow each rule.
So. for me, this is the most meaningful of the lessons in SFI's LaunchPad as it not only provides the route

What's the best incentive to offer new affiliates?

First we need to find out the reason why people joined SFI. Mostly the reason would be to earn money, to become wealthy and debt-free, to provide for family's future needs, for personal growth, or to retire in comfort. Whatever the reason, we can tailor the kind of incentive to offer them.

If it is to earn money, quick and easy, we can show them how Triple Clicks work, by earning commission through sales. We need to emphasise that SFI is not a get-rich-quick scheme but needs commitment

I am online at the Affiliate Center and see that someone just signed up under my link and is online too. What should I do?

I would wait a few minutes while I read the new Affiliate's profile to give me an idea where he/she's coming from so I can personalise my welcome letter. Then I would compose my letter with a warm welcome to SFI and to my marketing team, and offer of assistance as a Sponsor, and a request to send me an e-mail if additional information is needed. To initiate a chat on line can be problematic due to time and language differences.
