There are lots of methods in your VP Ledger that can earn you Versa Points.

They range from daily, weekly, and monthly actions to bidding on auctions, playing Eager Zebra Games, listing items for sale, and even voting on and downloading great music from the song of the month. My favorite methods however are referring Personally Referred Members and Personally Sponsored Affiliates.

Personally sponsored affiliates can earn you 100 Action VP or more based on their rank once they are EA2 or above. They also help fill your downline up to 12 levels deep with affiliates to earn matching VP off of and help you obtain your own team leadership ranks.

Personally referred members not only give you 45% of the Commission Volume in direct commissions but since they are not affiliates you get their Sales VP. Because of this you are able to obtain any rank in SFI without having a standing order or spending money you can't afford.

There are no limits to how much VP you can earn recruiting PRM and PSA, and a good plan that balances both actions and trains your PSA to do the same will unlock every door and opportunity in SFI for you.

Beyond the added TripleClicks sales generated by game players buying additional T-credits there are other benefits for both members and SFI Affiliates alike.

Eager Zebra Games build vital MRP rewards and t-credits from wins that can introduce the prospect to purchasing items or bidding in auctions. Getting something as a bonus for the money and time spent through MRP will raise the perception of value and make them fond of the rewards point system because even fun and games can reward them with cool prizes.

A Personally Referred Member who get's hooked on the Price Benders auctions can spend a couple hundred dollars a month playing to win. Winning a few t-credits in an Eager Zebra Game gives them a low risk reason to try the auctions and if they feel like they are close to a win and running low on t-credits a top off may just be in their future.

Likewise the people who play Gold Streak are learning culture on a global scale. Gold Streak shares the highest and lowest average answers to a range of questions as voted on by thousands of SFI Affiliates from nearly 200 countries and dozens of languages. These results can help you become more global minded and boost your effectiveness in operating your international business.

Games like Time Machine, Pick the Price, and TD Tally build skills in estimation and prediction based on trends, these are great skills for spotting new markets and being a first mover in business.

Pick or Punt teaches skills in data collection and stats comparison.

All of the games increase your competitive nature and help you develop the drive needed to win in games and win in life, and I don't expect it will be too long before we see games added that will be team oriented and help our PSA and their teams develop as team players as well.

So remember that each t-credit you spend on an Eager Zebra Game, even if it feels foolish or childish, is an investment in growing a part of you in the same way we learned through play and exploration as children.

Well one way you could do this is use a traceable link to a gift or more training inside your newsletter.

When you do that you will know if anyone in the receiving list clicked on the link and visited the page your URL points to. Among the most trusted for this purpose is goo.gl but you can also get tracking links form industry providers like Apsense as well.

Another good way to know if your message is getting read is to ask open ended questions and offer a reward for sending their answers to your e-mail address.

The real issue here though is that your team is not responding to your e-mails. Sad to say nothing can make them respond but many will still be reading even if they don't take action. If you want to ensure deliver-ability you need to get a good autoresponder like Aweber or Constant Contact and add new team members to a mailing list. The system will send out a confirmation e-mail and those who confirm will receive your post.

The biggest benefit to using a service like Aweber is that sending links will convert them to tracking links to monitor click through, and e-mail templates from them include a tracking pixel that records who is opening and reading the e-mails as well. Add in the ability to send images and add a professional signature and your e-mails will soon be a delight to receive.

You can even use the auto response features to deliver getting started instructions, special report, and e-books you have give away rights to over the first few months they are an affiliate so your training gets easier and is more complete and uniform among your team.

There are basically 3 things you need to earn more with SFI.

1. Focus on selling more products at TripleClicks. Be a top affiliate and refer PRM to TripleClicks who will play auctions, buy products, play games,and join Wave 3.

2. Bring in new ECA, these sellers are a steady stream of royalties that only stands to grow as millions of new members join TripleClicks. TC is 3 million members strong so every ECA stands to make substantial sales if they know what they are doing in their retail business.

3. Build your team at SFI deep. If you have 5 people who are EA-2 start focusing on helping them get 5 EA-2 each and learning how to help their 5 get 5 of their own. The deeper your network the more matching VP you will earn and the longer your success will last. Get your first 5, make BTL, help them get 5, and learn to help their 5 do the same, and then work on adding another 5 to your first line and stepping up to silver team leader so your network can go even deeper.

Keep focusing on the 5's and teaching them how to promote TripleCLicks and make sales will generate massive VP and increased earnings for all.

Best strategy is be VERY Generous!

When looking at reassigning PSA under other PSA I see everyone making comments about putting people who are from same countries together, or choosing people that were active in their first month but seem to be lost now or on vacation, and many are warning about the PSA you give this gift to going inactive as well.

Give freely to your active PSA without reservation.

Give active workers who will boost your receiving PSA's team because that is a great way to ensure they stay active. If you can give them EA2 PSA so they can get a taste of earning direct commissions and be further encouraged to stick with SFI and become great leaders. After all that's the focus of using the reassign tool to begin with is to develop leaders on your first tier, guaranteeing results on your 2nd tier.

Giving freely is charitable, and it only matters when you do it with no expectations or reservations.

Don't give a PSA up because you expect the receiving affiliate to place a standing order, or recruit 4 other EA2 or above PSA of their own. Instead think of it as an opportunity to share your success, educate your hard worker, and positively impact the life of another. You will fret less, sleep better, and your reputation will be golden.

Wal-Mart added money centers to most of their Super Centers, not because of a massive amount of profit from those centers but because it gave people more reasons to come to Wal-Mart. Likewise you are giving your customers more reasons to come to your store and access to exciting new ways to pay.

My Movers tab tells me I have active referrals trying to make it work and gives me quick access to their SFI Profile and more importantly their VP Ledger.

While it is important that you don't ignore your sleepers, you need to know and work extra hard with your movers, because they are the ones ready to build their business now. The only frustration for me is the ones who don't fill out their affiliate profile right away so I can know what language to reach them in or anything about their background.

Establishing communications and getting that information is vital so they don't feel ignored and alone in their new business, because most of them will never have owned a business before.

When you know things like their interest in joining your advertising co-op, if they have been in leadership positions, and if they have had an online business before and just failed to earn what they thought they could will help you tailor training and support messages. It will also unearth common ground that would otherwise be hidden from sight.

Sad to see the number of people who don't understand that a vacation is done to unplug and get away from the things you do daily like work.

Working on a vacation has ended many marriages, has had kids grow up hating one or both parents, and spoiled many priceless moments that once lost can not be regained. Nop, I don't take a phone or computer on vacation that I use for work. I'll pick up a cheap Trac Phone for emergencies or leave a number for the hotel desk where a message can be left for me but that phone that rings 10 times a day doesn't make the trip.

Be sure to use the vacation mode to save your daily streak and make sure that your standing order is paid or there are funds in the account to pay it before you leave.

Make sure to send a broadcast message letting team members know that you will not be online during your vacation and tell them to lean on their A2A friends, co-sponsor, other upline members, or the forum for support. Remind them about the search box at the top of the page which will show them tons of answers for their most common questions and introduce them to AskSC.

Then unplug.

Forget about work, forget about SFI, don't check e-mail, don't pour over facts and figures. Just enjoy your vacation. You will come back refreshed, connected to the people that matter most, and ready to get back to work.

I'm personally in a business to make money, so I focus on what makes me money.

I focus on people, because team work and customers equal money in the pocket. I give service above my self interest, on demand, as needed, and above expectations. I believe the lives we impact need to be on both sides of the register so that means a huge investment in developing a team of professionals and teaching them these service skills.

Since I am focused on MONEY I am focused on TripleClicks Sales.

I see too many building their business counting 100% on their PSA placing standing orders and ignoring 100,000 products from 6700 vendors that are waiting for affiliates to promote them.

Since I am focused on Money I am focused on recruiting more ECA. Currently around 15-18% of my earnings each month are off royalties on my referred ECA. My goal is to recruit hundreds of sellers to cover all product possibilities and create competition that will drive prices down and sales up.

Since juggling all these moving parts can be a chore one URL at a time, I blog.

I blog about marketing and business, crafts and hobbies, food and family, health and leisure. I blog occasionally a review for a product or group of products used to satisfy a need. A Great example is the fact I have now been diagnosed with Diabetes and I will soon do an article promoting info products and supplies for diabetics.

The world is mine to capture and share the wonders of TripleClicks and SFI.

You should never offer financial help.

This may sound cold and callused but the task in this business is to empower business leaders, not to take on dependents. You can advise people on methods to grow their results and earn money to expand their business but don't be the one who feels a need to butter their biscuit.

I see entirely too many members at SFI who devote their focus to helping people spend the least possible, do the minimum, and expect the maximum return. I understand being a broke marketer but operating in that broke mindset did nothing to grow my business. Flat out if I continued doing the minimum and investing little or nothing I would be a broke marketer still today and I would have quit 10 years ago instead of owning over a dozen websites.

I had to develop a mindset that said I can do this to earn that.
I had to look at that small money and say yesterday I survived without it so if I do what I did yesterday I can invest what I have today and get even better results tomorrow. I had to stay broke to grow my business into a full time income and I have personally fired the boss 3 times. In fact I can safely say 90% of my earnings are from the results of building my online business on elbow grease and a shoe string budget, but no handouts.

Instead I found good people, like SFI in my first time around and a millionaire marketer named Cory Rudl who took me under his wing and showed me how he went from no budget to millionaire. Sad to say I have been my own worst enemy at times and caused myself to have to rebuild and revamp, then reinvent myself before many of those lessons sunk in but I will tell you the education has served me far better than anyone could have done by giving me a shortcut. I know, I had a few free memberships given to me for paid programs and they never got half the effort those programs deserved because I was not invested in my success.

So please, be the friend, support the soul, educate the mind, but don't pay the bill.
