1. Perform your daily actions, weekly actions, and monthly actions on your To-Do list. Doing this daily is like running nightly reports in any retail, restaurant, or hospitality business. You will see the up to date state of your business and learn vital facts like how many members we have at TripleClicks, who the new ECA's are, and what items are on sale now and in need of your promotion.

2. Transfer Buying - If TripleClicks offers a product you would buy once a month from a local store, such as vitamins, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.. Moving those purchases to TripleClicks will result in earning a massive amount of Versa Points. VP become cash back and you also earn Member Reward Points (MRP) which allow you to get added items you like for free. I have had the greatest luck on my blogs with the Grow a Second Income banners.

These clean blue banners appeal to people looking for extra money in their part time and don't come off sounding like another get rich quick scheme. The money tree spells income but doesn't send a message that it's overnight or easy to obtain.

Instead this banner says, "Grow" a second income.

If you get a chance to follow up with someone recruited off this banner you can easily draw up a example of how the system works. If they follow the 30 days of training in the Launch Pad lessons and put action to the ideas within it they will soon plant a tiny seed.

If they advertise and market their business it will be like providing sunlight and water to that seed and they will see it start to grow. As they continue these actions over time they will see their business expand like the branches on the tree, into multiple streams of income.

When they pass on the knowledge and experience to others they have recruited as PSA they will be like the fruit or flowers blossoming and spreading new seeds that start new trees so their tree someday becomes a forest.

I like to swap the link out for this banner with the Join My Team Gateway because it offers more detail to our program and can be used to recruit more serious members who are ready to work, but graphically this banner is a winner.

The most cost effective methods I have used are blogging and Lead Capture.

By having my own blog I can write a short post in 20-30 minutes a day and know it's going to bring at least 250 unique visitors to my site over the next few days. If I write daily I get more free targeted traffic and since I have it set up to auto update my Social Media pages and profiles and can use on small form to notify thousands of blog search engines of new content I can feel safe in knowing that all other advertising I do is optional and just adds to a solid foundation.

By putting out the money for an autoresponder or bulk mailer so you can create a blog based newsletter or stand alone newsletter you can take a person who stopped in and wasn't sure about joining SFI or TripleClicks today and slowly educate them over the next few weeks on the wonders of this company. You will see more people signing up for more information and a greater number of those people will follow your blogs for training and connect with you on social media sites making contact a breeze.

Conversions on these two items are amazing, you will be in profit soon as long as you can continue to generate great content.

Recruiting serious affiliates can be done by creating informed prospects instead of advertising for bulk sign-ups.

You need to develop a business plan that the prospect can put into action in order to see profits in 1-3 years. You need to be honest about the challenges faced and emphasize the training provided so the prospect doesn't join with misconceived notions about the business.

Tell them that SFI is a free to join affiliate marketing program but despite being free to join they will need to purchase things like a good domain name and hosting to start a blog of their own, and will need to plan a budget for advertising if they wish to accelerate the growth of their business, and even though SFI has one of the best training facilities of any Affiliate Program they might choose to supplement the training with more in depth study of niche marketing and retail affiliate program promotions.

Let them know that similar to owning a franchise business there are multiple Advertising Co-Operative programs that will allow them to turn a small budget into a serious advertising campaign, at a fraction of what co-op ads would cost in a franchise.

Let them know that SFI has multiple streams of income and that they can increase their success by recruiting other affiliates to SFI in addition to promoting the products and auctions of TripleClicks.

Give them an overview of how the auctions work and offer them a TripleClicks Gift Card to try out the services before they make a decision to join us as an affiliate. ECA stores require focus, service, and promotion and entering retail for the first time will require a ton of learning and time to be good at it. You can't just throw up a store before you even know what your product is going to be or how to price it, or what a margin is etc..

I see fellow SFI members make the mistake of trying to turn every PSA into a ECA. The end result is usually the PSA quits both SFI and TripleClicks because they become overwhelmed and don't make any serious money in either of their businesses.

I am an ECA as well as an affiliate but I have over 10 years retail experience including management and currently manufacture most of our products here at home, keeping my cost low and profits tidy.

If I were to have tried to learn affiliate marketing at the same time I learned retail sales I would have struggled with both and most likely failed in both. As it is my time for SFI takes away from my promotion of sales at my ECA Store and my ECA store promotions take Money away from promoting SFI.

A big thing most respondents have missed is that if the PSA is not already in retail they will not get a free store and will have to pay $40 for a ECA License.

SFI started this practice to stem the flow of people becoming ECA because their sponsor said they needed to and then abandoning their stores because they didn't know anything about pricing within the market, factoring cost into your margin to define what is profit, or how to pay themselves first so their business can grow.

Instead of success these inexperienced ECA price too high for the market, make mistakes that cause them to sell items at a loss, or they have issues writing compelling item descriptions that invoke a buy now reaction from the visitor to their store.

Your PSA have enough to worry about being good affiliates and overloading them is bad business. Setting your team up for maximum results requires getting them focused on their Affiliate Marketing Business, not on being both retailer and retail affiliate. 95% of them will not make it in a tough retail market and will resent you for pushing them into something they aren't really that interested in doing.

Getting 10% of the CV on Zero Sales and losing an Active PSA doesn't make sense no matter how you frame it.

Take personal ownership in their own success.

Hit the training center, get involved in the forum, find A2A friends, and snag IAHBE membership and learn all you can... The be a success in spite of your failed sponsor. You honestly don't need them to succeed, and if you feel dependent on their leadership you are not yet ready for success.

What you can do to change the future is to be the sponsor you should have instead of the sponsor you do have and teach your referrals to be great sponsors too.

Let your legacy only be dictated by your dreams!

Sorry if this answer sounds too simple. I hate having to give short answers with little details but with this question I have found no other way. Be your own first subscriber. Use a G-mail or Yahoo Mail account and sign up through your form, confirm the sign up and wait for your auto responder messages to start coming in.

This will show you exactly what your customers see, and will tell you where your messages are being received. If they are going into the Junk or SPAM folder you need to change the language of your messages and get your subscribers to white list your e-mail address.

Money is a powerful motivator.

They can earn a few pennies a month doing the To-Do List task every day, but if they read something while here to train their mind they will soon be able to take actions that will grow their team and generate dollars where pennies had been. As they continue to grow and learn these dollars become hundreds and then thousands and their life gets better.

This business requires growth and dedication. You can not come in and do the minimum and expect the maximum.

If a PSA seems to only be doing the daily task, ask them if they need help getting their advertising going, or if they have questions that they need answered, because most wont be trying to do the minimum they will just be stuck on something and need some help or prodding. Be patient and understanding as these daily task doers are working their business. They are trying to make a go of it even if they are not as productive as you would like them to be.

Not everyone gets started at the same speed, some just need time and coaching.
