I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

It has been learnt that they might be taking one or more of the following actions:

1. Active Marketing & Advertising Campaigns - Outside the sphere of SFI/
2. Active Marketing & Advertising Campaigns - Inside SFI {S-Builder Co-ops}
3. Small - Huge Investment on Procurement of PSAs/CSAs
4. Active Participation in Pricebender Auctions of PSAs/CSAs
5. Maintaining their TeamLeader rank and getting huge share of 2nd Home CSAs each month

There is not at all any surprise, gimmicks or a magic of fairy tale. That Team Leaders are also human being like you. If you think deeply how they build such a huge downline, on the whole four important points will come out. What is it?

1) Brief study and research of SFI Business and Internet marketing

2) Sufficient funds to invest

3) Sufficient time to invest

4) Hard working and a great teaching power of duplication

Hi Clive,

Unfortunately, I cannot answer your question from my personal experience since I don't have so zeroes in my downline but I asked some of those who had. I'm not so impressed with those inactive members, just interested in active once.
When asking how they achieve that, the answer was: advertising like crasy. This is the first thing they do, using every possible sources: gift cards which they always carry with them and offer them whenever and whereever they get a chance. They

I'm quite sure they didn't get to where they were overnight. And they more than likely have the same ratio of active/inactive as everyone else. So before you assume that they have some kind of magic, look at when they became a member first. And then if you see that it was recent, more than likely they already had a newsletter or had already built large organizations before joining SFI. That is an interesting question! To my best knowledge what they are Sponsoring and duplication. They keep on sponsoring affliates through various means by adopting techniques available to all affliates who wishes to build his/her downlines. And more importantly, they engage in duplication which is one of the key element to succeed in SFI. This is done by teaching their downlines what they do and them in turn teach their downlines too. Hi there!
I am still relatively new to SFI and haven't really done any advertising yet. I think there is a whole process of getting the free downline that you are referring to.

. When you progress in ranking, you receive various CSA's. (EA, EA2 etc.) I was surprized to see that I was awarded 50 new CSA's when I became BTL. That was huge to me as I do not have many PSA's.

They probably have been with SFI for a significant amount of time,won some of their downline in a PriceBender's auction and/or bought them at TripleClicks and promote SFI frequently using social media, blogs/websites, flyers, postcards, business cards, t-shirts, etc. If you take the time to make more connections you should come across people who are willing to join. The difference why these Team Leaders are able to build huge downline lies in the amount of time, effort, financial investment and advertisement they put into their business with SFI. They spent a lot of quality time everyday going on line to do their daily tasks, check on the growth of their downlines, provide help to their movers, among others things. The size of their effort.

They didn't do anything different from or outside of what SFI teach us in our basic training as affiliates on building downline. They were doing and always do what we are doing. Simple Duplication method. BUT, if you inquire them the following:
1. Number of hours they devote to SFI each week.
2. Amount say per month they invest in the right advertising of their business.
3. Communities he/she "hangouts" and social with.
