Good Question
This is my personal experience when I joined SFI, at first I was sceptical because I knew absolutely nothing about sales and marketing and all this material SFI was offering was something that was too much for me to register.
My sponsor gave me the basics and did not elaborate on certain aspects and topics and eventually I lost Fast Tracker, contention and many opportunities to upgrade eventually I was so disillusioned and disorientated because although I had the material but

When a PSA or CSA is discouraged by feeling they are "getting no where" welcome them to the club because no one sees any money until they have accumulated $20 in their account.

Share with them what your own experience was during your first few months.

You can tell them that when a person decides to become a medical doctor and generate a very nice income, they will work hard for 4 years in high school, 4 years in college, one year in internship and 2 to 4 years in residency

First everyone must realize that it takes time to see meaningful results, but you can see some results, if you follow the 4 steps SFI advises

1. Duplicate: Start recruiting people

2. Have a SO: For you to maintain EA you need to have a SO, at least until you get an active downline

3. Make sells/ purchases: Shift your buying, is one way, if that does not work for you, advertise from the 100,000 plus products from TripleClicks, so you can have commissions in

I think the best thing you can do (as a great sponsor) is just be there for them, and share your own experiences all the time.

Because we all have our own ups and downs and sometimes it help to know that you're not alone, and that your struggles and problems are not so unique as you thought in the first place.

And with that knowledge something else will happened, a shift in perception if you will. So, like the ones before, you too can succeed if you put your mind and your heart

Business building goes from slow to fast to slow again. It's easy to feel stagnant if we focus on what has not changed instead of what has. It's a another great reason for setting realistic and obtainable goals then tracking in a ledger or diary as you reach those small goals. There is no better system to see how far we have come and remind us of where we are going.

Here is a simple 4 step process to stay motivated and share that motivation.

1. Break Goals Down by Yearly, Monthly,

Tell them that they need to invest time and be persistent. They have to look at their SFI business as a long term commitment. They must keep focused and have gratitude with what the reality is at the moment.

They should also keep at least the executive affiliate status if they want to receive commissions. They have to sponsor affiliates so they can reach the highest income.

Just be positive and encouraging. People need to know that help is just a click away. I found that my sponsor was there, I just needed to contact him. I found that he had the answers I needed when I was ready to call it quits. I was on the verge of quitting. I suggest that the sponsor takes it very personal when an affiliate feels that it is their time to quit. Stay positive in all answers that you give. Keep them pumped up.

Well first thing I always ask is how much advertising are you doing?
Then I ask have you look at SFI rules to success? I always have people
who join under me all my 141/2 years in SFI look at that first and do
all there launch pads and start promoting SFI from day one. So there
getting there SFI/ TRIPLECLICKS url out there for people to see why
wait until after you learn it you can do both at the same time.
Then I tell them have faith in yourself that you can do it just

My best answer to your question is that you need to think about the kind of information and support that would help you and encourage you. Then include that information in your weekly Team Mail to your PSAs and CSAa. I think the weekly message to your affiliates is the best place to give support, tips and information.

I sometimes get letters from my upline that are very long with lots of detail. I'll confess I sometimes only scan them for ideas. I would suggest shorter Team Mail messages

You can instigate such affiliate to realize why there are lots of affiliates who remain EA2 and keep becoming active in SFI. It doesn’t mean that when your rank is EA2 you are not getting results. You may stay not a leader here in SFI but you may be earning big, because of pay-per-action, ECA for yourself, or you make lots of sales from TripleClicks by promoting products and auctions. It doesn’t mean that if you are not a team leader, you are not earning much here in SFI.

As I said,
