The fact that they are coming to you and telling you this is to commend them for. Tell them that's a great thing and you really appreciate it. Also remind them that Rome wasn't built in a day and that even a brick and mortar business takes time to build and this is no different. Tell them to read everything they can and learn about SFI, And then do what you read and teach others to do the same. And that's basically all that's required to do.

Just break it down for him/her in

Patience they say is a virtue. I have a wonderful Sponsor.
His advise when I was here about 4 months was above all do not quit.
Let them know we all started at the bottom and some months are better
than others and set back are a part of business.
He told me his story of leaving and coming back and he said, "It was a
big mistake to have given up and then return. You lose momentum when
this happens." And that there is no better program out there with as

Hi Sabastine,

This is a very critical situation, which is faced by all the sponsors sooner/later & is need to be addressed very sensibly.

First of all you need to ascertain properly the activities of your PSA/CSA to ascertain where he/she's going wrong. You need to analyze his daily SFI activities, marketing efforts, sponsoring efforts etc. You need to understand their background, economic condition etc. Only after fully analyzing you can provide a suitable & timely

SFI takes time to build, we all grow with our business and take it one day at a time. SFI is not a get quick rich scheme. Each of us simply does our best every day and that's all we can do. It grows a little bit at a time, but in time the little things we do every day will grow into big things.

The key is to stick with it, never give up and have the faith that one day you will wake up realizing your dream for success has come true. How long do you think it took to build the titanic? How

The only person who can fail you is YOU. Therefore a focus on SFI is very vital if you are to succeed in the business and that success will be passed on down to your team members!

Constant support and motivation through recognition by giving them T Credits, helping them out in any other area of the business including communicating to them weekly and if they are in the same country, a physical meet for coffee would be a good start!

This creates a better rapport and allows the

I will encourage my affiliates by giving them my own example. I will tell them that I too faced the same situation when I was not getting results but I did not give up and now I have found my way.

I will share my strategy with them and I will tell them to read testimonials of successful affiliate, they will find that even those struggled and remained persistant. I will also strongly suggest them to write their fears on forum.Forum is a greatfellowto every affiliate. Forum members always

The first encouragement is you. You can not give what you don't have. Your encouragement must be backed by solid examples and that will mean using yourself as a reference to let the Affiliate have a clear understanding of what you have been up to so far in SFI. What have you done and what have you accomplished?

You also have to understand the primary objective that made the Affiliate to join SFI and what the Affiliate has been able to do to climb the ranks. Let the Affiliate understand

I'll try to be short and direct, because I know that people don't like to read long articles - they are searching for short and direct answer, not for fairy tail. :)

So, to get back on question: "What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?"

1. to get problem solved, first you must find out reason why something became problem.

2. ask your affiliate what's the reason for his or her problem. Why he or she thinks

First, I assume that such an affiliate has expressed his/her feelings on this, so the communication door is open. Take time to assess the affiliates profile to get a better feel of this person as an individual and also, of course, ask them why they feel this way. Then help them work out a possible solution to assist them. For example, if they can't get that first PSA (active or not), add them to your co-op for free or assign them one of your PSAs (preferably an active one if you have one to spare).

Like every other aspect of our lives, we have to make every effort we can in order to overtake obstacles in achieving our goals. Same applies to SFI as our business and to succeed we need:

1. Motivation. Only motivation and passion can lead to undertaking every possible way to succeed. SFI forum can offer many such examples.

2. Support. Every one of us needs help on one or another way, so we should seek and ask as much as we can.

3. Commitment. As with personal relationships,
