Encourage them to give themselves TIME: They are probably discouraged because they do not see immediate results in terms of payments.

Almost anything worthwhile takes time; a baby takes 9 months, seeds planted take time to yield more seed etc etc. BUT when it does yield it makes it all worthwhile.

Agree with them that you and many many others too felt the same at the beginning, YET you stuck it out and you are so thankful that they did because of the results you now enjoy.

Remind them with the help of the Benefits and Compensation plans that anyone can make a successful income with SFI. I am quoted by my friends for the phrase I coined "Set no limits".

It may be that if they feel they are getting nowhere with SFI that he or she has set some limits somewhere. At no time does anyone have to pay to sign up. For recruiting and supporting others who sign up there are rewards that all account for commissions, rank and rewards. SFI has many streams of

Each new affiliate who signed up with SFI has his/her own idea or just checking what’s for them upon joining. If they don’t see the results that they have in their mind, within a short period of time, they become discouraged. Even for those affiliates, who have been here for a year or two, it could be depressing to not move up from EA to TL.

Being discouraged besides being inactive is unfortunately one of the most common problems in SFI community.

In my experience as a

What sort of encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels not getting anywhere in SFI?

Information from the Genealogy will show who are struggling and it's easy to see who needs encouragement.

It also depends on the kind of problem my affiliate is facing at the time. If my affiliate is stuck at being an Affiliate for a while but has not missed a day in logging in, I will send a personal message offering help and support. If he responds, then I know what to do.

If an Affiliates feels that he/she is getting nowhere with SfI you can send her your weekly mailer and let him/her feels that you are on their side 24/7 for your assistance.

Let them feels that like them we all begin nowhere , and by reading all the BASICS. and our Launchpad lessons, little by little they will know all the IN and OUT of our SFI business. Very relevant question because more than half of those who really want to earn in SFI are feeling discouraged because they are getting nowhere with SFI.

In I follow two principle in giving advice to my affiliates.

1. Concentrate on the two main success factors. Affiliates and personally earned VP. Finding affiliates is number 1 in my list and agenda when I am mentoring. I discuss with them how find affiliates both paid and free. Without affiliates it's quite impossible to succeed

The best encouragement one can give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI is by telling him/her your own success story and that of your upline team leaders.

Let them know that if you and your upline team leaders had made it, then they will certainly make it. Tell them that the worst thing for them to do is for them to lose hope in themelves. They should always believe in themselves and have hope for a brighter tommorrow.

Since it is often

It is important to acknowledge that an affiliate may feel or perceive that he or she is getting no-where with their efforts with SFI.

Once you acknowledge their feelings then the next step is to review with them "why" he or she joined SFI. This is a voluntary process and it is important that you offer your time to review their purpose for becoming an SFI affiliate and then compare their purpose with their daily/monthly/yearly goals or actions.

Remind your affiliates fairly often to clear their red tabs on a DAILY basis, DO rate the askSC answers as they will learn from answers to questions they might not realize they also have.

LaunchPad lessons are vital to review now and then to ensure they are firmly into your memory banks. There is a LOT of information to absorb in those lessons!

Encourage them to go to the SFI Forum page, there are also good teaching Q&As there.

Above all, remind them to be patient.
