How do you deal with PSAs who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?
hey Ronald, we should be consistent. As your psa's don't find you helpful, they will definately rate you poor. some psa's even don't sign in regularly and in starting of month they only collect versapoint. they don't rate you, so you don't have to feel guilty, still send them mails each week. the psa's who found you helpful will rate you great. regularly send them details about the upcoming programmes and services from SFI.

It depends on you, how you choose to see the things and how important is this to you.
If a PSA choose to rate you poorly have a reason to do that thing, so speak with that PSA and find what is the reason that he rate you poorly and try to resolve it.
You are the only person that can decide if that affiliate deserve you or not; you know the situation better than anyone and is up to you to take some action, or not.
It is up to you if you will keep them or not.
I do not understand if you are offering unconditional support how the Psas will rate you poorly.However, if that is the situation then you need to revisit your support to them and see what is missing,as this can be an indication that there is something you are not doing well.Keep supporting and work on how to become an awesome sponsor your efforts will be awarded eventually.
I would have to say that if your supporting them unconditionally and your still getting bad ratings their poor ratings on you are coming from the way their feeling about the SFI program because their not advancing as fast as they want to and people have a tendency to take their bad feelings out on others and that's how I see it.

Your question itself has got the answer. Your PSAs are not happy with your unconditional
support.You as a leader take their poor rating positively and ask them the reason for the poor rating.Definitely, you will gain their a rapport with them and better understanding.
So, communicate with your PSAs with a positive attitude !

Truth is not all your PSAs would give you a good rating based on the support you give to them. Your actions will change their minds just don't changed and get discouraged because of a few poor ratings. Getting good ratings is easy changing the few bad ones is the task. Once you figure out the secret it will not be a challenge anymore. Just keep up the fighting spirit

I have never worried about the ratings I have received from downline Why you may ask? Well as long as I know that I am giving them the best I can do after I research their question or predicament. I feel pretty good and know that I have done my part in their quest for financial freedom. the rest is up to them

honest .. not affect me when I give a low rate, I try to help them ... all up to them if they submit little or no effort. I try every day to answer their questions as detailed and explained so that everyone understand what to do. Of course there are also people who do not understand anything of what they explain and perhaps they are a sponsor :) sorry but I do not mind .. sometime they will understand
Good Question...but when you did good work and someone is rating you poorly you just try to understand why he rated you so badly,when you have the answer from him try to change the topic he didn't like...but if you change and still doing the same let it go because is Sabotage you good work and someone who real like you job will rate you five stars because you deserve...don't let this kind of people interfering in your job.
well i would say give them as much support as you can and he/she will understand that his/her ratings were bad once he/she knows about the ratings, so keep supporting your affiliates, don't get discourage by his or her ratings at the end of the day your affiliates will need the ratings as well
