To shift to quality sign ups you need to create an advertising program that attracts
those individuals who you speculate are most interested in the programs SFI has to offer.

The law of averages dictates that we got have quantity first before quality; 'some will and some wont.' Less than 10% of new sign ups will be workers. The best thing is to recruit relentlessly, be an awesome sponsor and nurture the new affiliates who are determined to succeed. Finally i think we should lead from the front. If we succeed, our active downline won't hesitate to copy what we do.

Let just see that from another side
I am signing in and first what I get is Welcome letter from my Sponsor.I red few sentences and I decide to sign up,getting in and I aspect explanation shortly what everything I can do in SFI and why SFI is the best programs I ever seen before.Before the new affiliates start with the training,I think the main key in getting Quality PSA members is the welcome letter where we need to inform them about the few different ways of earning,so they will find at least

I'm not sure how to answer this question or what you may mean by asking this, but I'll try to anser.

First, It is important that you keep signing up affiliates, as many as possible. There is no way to tell if an affiliate will be a quality one.

Be sure to send your welcome message and make sure that the affiliate understands that it takes patience and hard work to run any business. Show affiliates how to get started with this business. You will know the quality of affiliates

Quality is an ATTRIBUTE. Quantity is related to "accumulation".

Quantity - is focused on output or numbers...

Quality - is focused on the "why" or emotional drive that causes the behaviour in people.

Quality is the key for any sign-up we have as this is sustainable. Focus on the whole person and not just their pocket book. Focus on their needs as a whole - which then meets the needs of their family, friends and other roles that he or she may have. The first step in making this shift is to use the key codes for tracking where your signups are coming from. It's very important question ,as we all suffering from inactive affiliates , but the simple fact is that we cannot guarantee recruiting only active affiliates .
As in online business not more than 2% of sign ups keep tracking the path to success,so we have to know that to avoid frustration .

Shifting from Quantity to Quality is a timely process. The reason is that for you to shift from quantity to quality you have to help your sign-ups to also get to BTL and then they will also get more people in. look at all your people you signed in and identify a few that shows they want to make this work and help them develop and build their own SFI business. In simple words, you can't. Why I tell you. How do you get sign ups? By advertising right? That may be of any kind, both paid and free; traffic exchanges, adwords, e-mails and the like methods. In all of them, you can not dictate who would sign up clicking your link, can you? You can subscribe to s-builder units and here also, you would be given affiliates randomly.
