In my view quality sign ups comes from contacts that you know personally or have had some kind of interaction with either in an earlier venture or have dealt with them. This instantly gives them the belief that the undertaking they are about to be involved in will be legitimate.

Approach and prepare your own database of prospects you will start up with.

SFI keeps suggesting that the goal is to find 5 PSA who will think like you, teach them about duplication, and let the ball roll.

Do you know people who are similar to you - share your thinking, values, motivation? They say that Birds of a feather flock together, which means you probably already have people like that around you. You can start by sponsoring them.

This question is a great question because in a business like this, it almost doesn't matter how MANY people you got if they aren't workers. The truth is, if you have gotten 400 signups and only 2 of them are working, there is NOT a significant gain. What we want to do is have the best QUALITY of affiliates working with us. How do we do this?

This action is like looking for gold into a river ! You use a sieve to get a little gold if have luck if not you go on and search because in the end it will worth.

Many of us (SFI members) can have from 1-100 PSA or 1-500 PSA (only an example) and still they go on and advertise and continuous build their team because only few team members will be active every day.

So just think that now SFI had around 2 Millions members and in the hole word there are over 3 Billions of potential

I would say this does not depend on us at all...I have a very good PSA and he is very content of my advice-and he told me this, but he stopped working in SFI some time ago because of personal reasons. However, lately I noticed he brought some PSAs in his downline and I rewarded him for this. Also, I reward the members of my team who appear online and show some signs they want to continue. I give for example Gift Certificates of 2 usd/PSA for the first 5 PSA one brings, I give 2..3 T-Credits for coming

I think this can be a great question.
Maybe if SFI will switch rewarding numbers of signups to numbers of EA2 ... :D maybe... then will be a real challenge.
As long as there are people who sells new sign-ups, and people who buys new sign-ups risking that those sign-ups will move or not ... this idea of quality would remain an IDEA.

What is quantity? You can have a sponsor who give you 500 PSAs. Or you cqn win at auctions 3 Packs of 100 PSAs, or maybe you can buy PSAs from some ECAs. It's very difficult to find some active PSAs. For me, I have found out from experience that recruits which I got from one-on-one advertising turned out to be much more quality sign-ups than those received from ECAs or general advertisements. This is not to say that we should not try to be awesome sponsors but we most often get quality from those we recruited on a 0ne-on-one basis as they are better workers since we tutor them both physically and personally. My answer: Automate.

I mean: buy any coop you can afford and have new PSAs pour in in the largest number possible. Out of every "batch" you'll get there MIGHT be one person who will be really committed to succeed with SFI. Therefore, observe your downline, offer your support to everyone with no exception, but watch who the real movers are. After a month or two you'll spot the leader(s). Start working with them. If you want to improve the quality of your signups, learn how to do effective copywriting, and learn where and how to do paid advertising. So long as you are doing free advertising, you're stuck with the same basic math as everybody else who does free advertising.
