This is a great question.

To always be consistent in logging into to my SFI site everyday, so that I can always be learning the best ways to be communicating & training my own team. Tips from others on how to advertise.

Also to never give up as this business does reward like no other business that i am aware of.

The training & support that is offered through the amazing system that is in place with SFI is second to none, i my opinion.

Good luck

If SFI taught me anything, it is this: There is a difference between a "Real Business Opportunity" and one of those "Get Rich Quick Schemes".

There is so much all over the internet that is giving people the idea that if they join, place a few ads, the money will come rolling into your bank. We have all seen them.

What SFI teaches "Open - Minded" individuals is that this is a real business, and that this is for the long term. All business building

How to start a team and how to maintain it.

This is the first building block of your SFI business without which the struggles and challenges can seem to be enormous

Although this is not yet a year for me in SFI, it is the start to that year and this is an invaluable lesson I have learnt in the first few weeks of joining SFI. In retrospect, I believe that was the best decision I made-to recruit 2 PSAs with whom I had a close relationship and then nurtured that to leadership level.

I

Hello Stephen,

Thanks for adding me as a2a friend!

Right back to the question?

I think the most valuable thing I have learned since 1st June last year, is:

Communication is the most valuable thing we have on this site of SFI!
What I mean by this is we have all the information, in the form of reading, we could ever ask for, from the LaunchPad to the a2a to the forum and even this the Ask SC?

If we Communicate by sending our Team mail, something

Hello..thank you for asking this question!!

I actually haven't completed my first year as such in SFI, but I have definitely grown as a person and a leader

- person because, here in SFI we help all the members in our team to achieve their own goals and ours too. This makes you think positively of each person and let's you encourage without having any negative vibes!

- Leader because, to handle any person in business and in life you need the right strength and encouragement.

Well in my opinion the most valuable takeaways that I have gotten from my first year at SFI  are the  importance of time management , Focus and perseverance and  learning applying sponsoring and advertising  a credible GLOBal and yet Borderless legitimate business with so much resources in place to enable us to succeed and one of it happens to be setting up my own ECA TripleClicks store  where I have managed to sell quite a fair bit of merchandise as well as building up my residual income in

If i were to put it in a single sentence it would be; there is nothing for nothing! To succeed an affiliate has to roll up their sleeves and work with determination. You need to read and learn and practice. SFI has numerous material for learning- forum, launch pad, ask SC and also a2a. Success is just waiting for us to grab and the only way to fail, is to give- up

I have been involved in SFI only since September 2013.

In these few months I have come to the conclusion that perseverance and commitment - together with a well structured plan of action and adequate resources at your disposal - are the best qualities needed for any form of success.

SFI has an abundance of quality and relevant resources as well as easy to follow guidelines to pursue success in this online business.

I am just two months old in this business and till now i had learnt that to succeed you do not need any sponsor/cosponsor. You need to focus on your goals and plan your strategies to achieve your goals.
Its not necessary that you should have a title to lead. You can lead your team from wherever you are. Just go to SFI Basics, Launchpad,Forum and Training and read and learn whatever you can.
Make sure, just not leave it to reading and chapter closed.Try to implement what you read yourself
