The most valuable thing l have learned in my first year with SFI (though I'm only my 5th month after joining) is self-determination.

Like most of the affiliates here, l, too has been dreaming to have financial freedom that would enable me not to worry for my own and my family's future. There are lots of intenet opportunities out there but when l found out about SFI, l eventually believed that this would be IT! So just like any affiliates here, l strive to learn and understand how it would work for me to reach my dreams in the future. With the help of SFI' s programs, l believe l could make my dreams happen. So l see to it that l do my tasks here DAILY and contribute whatever l have learned here to my PSAs and CSAs (even some of them were not responsive, sad to say) and also to my fellow affiliates here at SFI thru ASK SC whenever l have insights to share.

I learned that it's all about creating your team. Finding affiliates is the key, and selling TripleClicks products on the other.

Without a team, maintaing your TL rank can be really expensive. But with at least 5 good workers, who also have some under them, things change. Getting involved with sales on TripleClicks, and finding your PRM's is also important too.

I also learned a lot from Internet Income course. It gaved me new approach and view on things. Thanks for the SFI to that. Also, it made me persistent and more braver to approach and get new affiliates.

The most valuable thing i have learned at SFI is team building. I learned that to become a good Team leader or sponsor,you must be a good follower.The important things my sponsor imparted to me is also what i keep on passing to my downline.I learned not to focus only on my own benefits but for the good of others.As i build my team, i'm also building my character not for worst but for the better. 1. This is the most important step of SFI business - Follow the SFI Basics.
2. Always alert on the activities of upline, downline, reading newsletters.
3. After an EA, now, you have to think how to grow or lead the business and also team .
4. Always teach your team to - how to develop or increase the business.
5. Motivate the people to join more and more - this is good to join firstly your friends
and family members.
6. If you have any doubt or problem - ask your upline or SFI experts directly.
7. I think lastly don't walk alone, walk together. This step is a very safe and secure

I haven't been here for that long, only for two months now, but I feel like I need to share my opinion with you. Hope you don't mind.

The most valuable thing I've learned so far is the power of duplication and putting our efforts together towards our common goal! I'm lucky enough to be part of a winning team, where people stand by each other and unselfishly share experience and advice 24/7. Joined forces produce great results and I've discovered that to be exactly what gives me determination and encouragement to keep working. In my opinion, every successful company, or even family, is based on trust, joint efforts and positive attitude, and no one can make it alone.

This is the most valuable thing I learned because it has motivated me and also changed my perception of successful business. I'm thankful to SFI for that!

The most important thing I learned in my first year was that EA/EA2 is the rank to be while you read and learn the business; and work and grow yourself a downline of affiliates AND try to reach BTL once in a while to receive a share of the second-home CSAs. Receiving second-home CSAs will grow that "leg" of your downline and remaining EA/EA2 will allow you to keep them. Know that second-home CSAs are affiliates that are already involved with the business and who have lost their co-sponsors due to their co-sponsors failing to re-affirm their EA/EA2 rank. There will be some non-active ones but hopefully several active ones as well.

This is the first time I engage myself in internet networking. Advertising in social media websites, building blogsites and websites are new to my library. And I love them.

However, the most valuable thing I learned is sharing what I know and develop humility. It is nice to learn guiding not directing, collaborating than competing, having friends from other countries and building a business through merely communication.

We would not be able to build a successful business in any endeavor without establishing a good and health human relationship with people and this is what networking is all about.
