How do you keep affiliates who are yet to earn anything motivated when family and friends are consistently telling them they are wasting their time?

Family & friends are very close to everybody and effect one's actions & thinking in many ways. To prove yourself right, you have to show them something solid. New affiliates are lacking experience and they are in need of somebody with proven success. Their upline at SFI are ones who can provide them a solid example to follow. So they should assist them at this stage, paying special attention to some important points as follows:
1. This must be cleared that SFI is not a quick rich system.

This is why it is important to establish a good relationship right away with your new PSAs and CSAs. By relationship, I mean a friendly but respectful business relationship. Business people don't always talk business. They also talk about family, hobbies, interests, ans yes, business. When you have this kind of ease of talking with an associate, you have more of a feel for how he is perceiving his business.

Hopefully this will give you time to counter act any negativity from the home.

First off tell them of your own earning experience and if they ask.. email them a snapshot of your last commission statement. If you have gmail or other similar programs, you can simply copy and paste the statement onto the compose box.

Secondly send them to the testimonial page here: https://www.sfimg.com/saying.html

Finally, tell them you will provide the blueprint you have used and give them all the help/support they need.

A good question and the one I am recently facing it. To keep such affiliates motivated, you must lead by an example of yourself. You must assure them they will be rewarded for their efforts. By the time you can help them in many ways:

1.Transfer T Credits to them.
2.Reward a gift certificate.
3.Help them in advertising and marketing TripleClicks.com (as you know it is a huge source of income)
4.Reassign an affiliate or two to them whom they can train and earn for their progress.
5.You

First of all, I'd like to know how do you know that their family and friends are telling them that? Secondly, if your family and friends are telling you that you are wasting your time - who do you believe? Do you believe in what you know to be true about SFI? Or Do you believe what your family and 'friends' are telling you? If you you believe that you can achieve your dream with SFI, then go for it! But if you don't then I wish you all the best in whatever you decide that you can do with purpose,

Friends & Family are most valuable, not only for business. You must handle them carefully. You need to guide them the right way and assist them to earn more & more.

This is no magic. This is a business. Only hard work and dedication can bring any fruit. Ask them to be persistent and they can increase their income STEADILY from SFI. Show them, how you are doing the business. Tell them, the different ways to earn from the business. Guide them, how they can grow their downline and

I tell people not to tell their family and friends what they are doing, because everyone does not have an entrepreneurial mindset. To create a successful business, you need to find other entreprenuers. You can do that by advertising. The most important thing is to be persistent and NEVER EVER give up.

Friends/family have a great impact on a person's mind and if they discourage, the person is forced to review his/her decision. Same thing happens here.

So, you before asking him/her to join make the thing clear that it is not a "One day billionaire" scheme, but an open business where you are your own boss free to decide the amount of work, amount of training and also the amount of money to be earned. So it is more dependent on the affiliate rather than you.

Remind them there are obstacles they need to overcome, and that true success evolves over time and isn't accomplished quickly. First they need to focus on the training and tell their family and friends that an education is never a waste of time. Secondly, they need to believe in themselves and their abilities enough to overcome the obstacle of allowing what other people say affect them to the point of giving up.

Have them ask their family and friends how long they think it would take

Keeping Affiliates motivated will always be a major aspect you will undertake in your business. How many times have you seen affiliates in your group fall by the wayside and die off. Some never get started and some get started and still quit. I experienced this a lot myself in my group and decided as a Leader that I had to do something about the attrition rate.

It is normal for most people to seek advice from family and friends, but they have to get beyond seeking advice or opinions
