Having a non-responsive sponsor would sometimes gives us a negative thoughts. Thoughts like: from our own sweats, they make money. That we are spending lots of efforts and they benefited without even a single word from them.
But in some cases, there are also reasons why a certain sponsor is non-responsive. One of these maybe: he had you a few days after he/she entered SFI. And that he/she in his/her case is still in the process of learning SFI just like you.

And so, i suggest:

It is very simple.

We joined SFI to make some money by working from home independently. We never knew that we will get a sponsor to guide us on every step.

So it is our responsibility to learn everything by reading all the training step-by-step. If your sponsor is not responding, just forget him. You didn't join for your sponsor.

When I joined SFI, I never contacted my sponsor till I qualified EA!!! Therefore, it doesn't matter whether your sponsor is responsive or

When I started in SFI my Sponsor never contacted me. I heard NOTHING from her for about 3 months and still hear very little from her. I did go to my Co-Sponsor and got some help from him, however I guess he lost his Ea status, because I ended up with a new Co-Sponsor.
What I did do is READ. Everything I could find in SFI. The forums, Ask SC, SFI news, anything I could find. I did start to figure things out on my own and now I seam to be doing pretty good. My commissions are paying for my standing

If your sponsor is non-responsive, don’t worry. Forget about him/her.

In the first place, you did not join SFI just because there is a sponsor. Yes, you might be recruited by a sponsor and not directly joined SFI, but you don’t depend on your sponsor to ensure success in your SFI business involvement. Your affiliate membership in SFI is not co-terminus with your sponsor, that is, either one of you can leave SFI at anytime and the remaining one stays.

Instead of depending

It is a fact that everyone of us here registered voluntarily and we were not forced to signup to do these things we are doing. What I mean in relation to the above question is that affiliates must not expect too much to their sponsors since from the start they do not know each other. It is just the willingness of each other to fast track their achievement of success that keep them communicate with each other.

Situations like unresponsive sponsors really happen brought by language barrier

Hi,
I saw this question a lot of times :)

Every new affiliate has wrong approach to their sponsor and upline.

Why?
They think their sponsor should work instead of them - as you see, WRONG approach.

If you join some program, and you want work - you can do it without your sponsor - just never give up. You have great support from Gary and from SFI Forum, you have Ask SC - a lot of good questions and even better answers. All you need is invest more of your

Here are a few things you can do if your sponsor is non-responsive.

1. Try contacting your co-sponsor
2. Try contacting others further up your genealogy line
3. Use the forum
4. Use your A2A friends
5. Use AskSC

Bottom line is this. There will always be people who are either unresponsive or simply do not care as much as you do in your genealogy. Don't let this deter your enthusiasm. If you're not getting what you need from your sponsor, there are hundreds

This is a good question. My answer is from personal experience. My sponsor quit before I joined SFI. I joined based on an ad that had set up for persons looking for for part-time work to supplement their income-exactly what I was looking for.

My first few days were spent reading. I read that I had to "stay above the green line", so stay above it I did. I had no one to explain how to obtain the first badge "Fast Track", so regrettably, missed out on this. But

My take…? Never expect anyone to help you. This way, you will not get disappointed if no one came to your aid.

Why?
1. Because this is your business…not anybody else’s
2. Your success never depend on anyone but YOU
3. Yes, you were assigned a Sponsor or Co-Sponsor…but they might also be busy with their own business and other things. If they happen to have time and assisted you, fine…thank them for their time and be appreciative of any help from them, but never

Great question! Let me share with you my personal experience. Hope it helps your question! I joined SFI on 12/27/2012 (just completed first year) and unfortunately, I got no support and guidance from my sponsor nor from any single one from my whole up-line. But I did not quit as I understand the worth of this esteemed system so that I did continue reading all the training material on my own. Yes, I admit it was really hard for me to continue in first few days but I have learnt many great tips by
