If your sponsor is non-responsive does not mean you will stop or discouraged. There are lots of things to find answers in your queries. There is a forum where you can learn many things. The customer support is 24 hours available just post your questions. You can also learn with your a2a connections. Read and read and read to educate yourself.

I have been very lucky. My sponsor if very helpful. There are many people that are willing to help you. I believe that you can request a new sponsor. Just put in a request. I would be willing to help you. I have been online for many years, and know where to go in search of new affiliates. Some back a few weeks ago, sent me a list of ad sites. I believe there is over a hundred of them. I have 2 lists. If you wish to receive them just post on my message and I will get them to you.

If your sponsor is not responsive, you have other lines of support, everybody has a co-sponsor, who should be happy to help an active affiliate. If you get no luck there you work you way up your upline select "Support > My Upline" from the top navigation.

There is also the forum if you want to ask something specific and Ask SC if the topic has been covered.

You may try to contact some other person in your Upline and ask for a support. Just ignore the situation and kip on going. I don't believe that you can expect the positive reaction from your sponsor if you ask him/her to reassign you to someone else but don't let that bother you. Just think of your results and find the way to get support from other members.

When an SFI sponsor is nonresponsive little can be done to make them respond. All sponsors and cosponsors should help their down line affiliates, but as far as I know there is no requirement to do so there is no requirement to do so.
In this case try to get help from the ask Gerry section, Ask SC or maybe even A2A friends. If necessary submit a support ticket.

If the sponsor is non-responsive then affiliate can ask questions on the 2,3,4,5,6 sponsor if they are active.
Affiliate may ask questions on the Co-Sponsor if he/her is active.

Otherwise, actually affiliate don´t need a sponsor or co-sponsor because all the info is up on SFI webpage only what you need to do is Look and Read, its up to the affiliate how successful he/her can be.

So its up to you ...
You can't rely upon your sponsor to help you, although it would
