Hello Michael,

I suggest not to wait for your sponsor... It is your business, this depends on you mainly not on your sponsor. So, if your goal is to become successfull it is better to work instead of wait... What to do?

I suggest to use the great opportunity what SFI prepared for us at our web-office.
It is a great and free training course... we should just use that: read and learn...
again read and learn... important to understand: what is it and how is it work for

Thats a pretty cool question. I am one of the Victims here. My sponsor is a heavy heater (Top en roller) His work is just to enroll people and not bother how they will find there way to growth. I like what Gerry says, Its not the number of the Affiliates but the quality. Honestly, SFI has all kinds of sponsors, those who value quality and those who value quantity

Now the way the system is built in SFI it doesn't really need a sponsor to make someone successful but it needs quality time

I know it can be disappointing to find that your sponsor and co-sponsor are not there for you. It could be because they are almost as new at this business as you are and don't know how to help you. Some affiliates may have other businesses that distract them from their SFI duties and still others may have become so successful at SFI that they don't have the time or the inclination to train new affiliates. But don't worry! That's what the Forum and ASK SC are for.

In my opinion, the sponsor is quite an important one, especially for those who have their first encounter with internet marketing. But on the other hand, the role of the sponsor is, I think, a bit overrated.

I often remember the observation of a very experienced internet marketer - he was very thankful to his sponsor when he started with this job, because his sponsor was not too much help to him, but he was not an obstacle to his further progress. That's why I even laughed a little when

Sponsors and Co-Sponsors are there to guide affiliates to help build up their SFI business and answer their questions. I believe 90 percent is our personal effort. However some affiliates will need help to start off their SFI business. This is mostly the case when they need their sponsors most to guide them in the initial stages. So the problem which some of the affiliates face is non-responsive sponsors.

There are several avenues for affiliates to seek help if their sponsors are non-responsive.

One of the things that I have discovered that I love about SFI is that no one person determines the success of anyone else. My success is my own creation.

SFI has sponsors as a way of helping each affiliate "find their way." Just in case the individual sponsor doesn't have all the answers, SFI also allows a co-sponsor, to assist in our growth. In case the sponsor & co-sponsor are non-responsive, individuals also the ability to come to their upline - 6 more people to help.

Irony of Life. I am praying daily for my downlines to ask me all the time but few does.
Well if this situation occurs, the affiliate would need to do the following:

(1)Make use of the A2A, ask to be friends with some of the high flyers (like newest E365 Champion)in SFI, they always showcase them on the Global Growth Report Page (go to TO-DO-LIST and click on Growth tab), they have got the wealth of experience in the business and are highly motivated and hard working individuals-check

Decide on a plan of action and work smart in achieving it. Be a leader! Teach your team by being an example for them. Do everything with your business what you expect them to do with their business.

1. Read, understand and complete the Launchpad series. This will give you a deeper
understanding of SFI and what it has to offer.
2. Complete the daily, weekly and monthly tasks to earn VP.
3. Place a standing order to level up quickly and secure your EA status monthly.
4.

Hi there -

This is in fact a sore subject and unfortunately it does happen too frequently.
It's a first impression that be quite misleading. But then again, I personally
don't get many requests or notification from my new PSA's.

As a new affiliate it's extremely important to take the initiative by themselves.
The guidelines are clearly outlined by SFI and once the sponsor sees activity, the sponsor will be there.

Once the new affiliate gets a bit

Affiliates, unfortunately, always face some barriers during their effort to understand how SFI works. Some of them have a tight budget, some are misundersood from their life partners, some have language barriers, some have sponsors that want to help but they don't know how because they are quite new in this job, also.
So,having an unresponsive sponsor shouldn't be a problem here. You are given free training and a large archive of information.
-Go through SFI BASICS to understand the basic principles
