That is a very difficult thing because it is hard to convince grown people to treat a business like a business.
What I have found is that the best way to get the folk to think of it as a business is to show them how it should be treated. I believe that SFI is a wonderful tool and I do my best to show my affiliates how to use this system most effectively.
From the very first beginning, in almost all of the ads that are posted by other affiliates - this message is loud and clear. When someone still doesn't get it, just let them think that they are right and that the money is just going to come to them. Once they see that this doesn't happen, they will come to you, that is the time to prove your sponsoring skills, by staying on their side and helping. I don't see a better way.
This depends also what questions send each of them...Generally speaking, I announce them from the beginning what they have to do and I suppose it is to be assumed by each of them that this is not an unrealistic get-rich scheme.
