Hi Keith,
Receiving inactive CSAs causes much frustration for many leaders.
The fact is that so many people join SFI, but never work, causing you to have a lot of inactive CSAs & PSAs in your downline.
Don't worry about whether they're active or inactive affiliates, just keep in contact with all your affiliates,by sending group mailings to your full genealogy with informative information and tips. You never know when someone that's inactive will come back and start working.

This is a very good question.I will explain my own experience what i have learned here in all the great training is to work with the workers. Focus on the active members on your team. But make a newsletter every week where you send incentives, support and explain how to work on our business where you include what is working for you. And there you send it to all of your team including the inative . That is what i believe is working smart . Lets go and grow all of our teams in the new year of

Hi, Keith:

My response regarding what to do with inactive CSAs is similar to what others have said.

All you can do is keep including them in your regular team group mail messages. Perhaps they will read something sometime that you have sent and will be inspired. You never know!

Give your messages an appealing, exciting headline and provide good tips and insight to demonstrate your knowledge and expertise.

My best advice is to keep going. Send them team messages once with the communications for the rest of your team. Also, you may individualize and send them some tips and inquiries regarding their plans. It is not compulsory, but it is not bad in case you have the possibility, to send them some small incentives (2...3 T-Credits or a Gift Certificate of 2 usd) from time to time, when you notice that one of them decided to start the activity and makes finally some VersaPoints or gets a PSA in his/her

Well what I would do with the assigned  inactive CSAs will be just keep constant contact and build up some regular rapport with them and don't get too worked up or despair or frustrated if they do not response as you will never know when the sleeping Giant awakes in them .

Just keep contact and work with those who are willing to work the business n try to encourage the inactive ones to see whether some can be re ignited after all we can pull a cow to the water but we can make it drink

I have received a lot of inactive CSA's as well but am pleased to have some to work with. So I keep in contact with them send them e-mails of encouragement and guess what, one of them has become active again. So I am excited because I feel that I am learning how to work with others who may already be uninterested or bored. Use your inactives to practice your leadership skills and not only will you improve yourself but you just might gain some who become active again.

This is a problem that is very common in all the MLM business. Always worth a try, but should focus more on the people who work. Time is precious and it is not necessary to waste on people who are not willing to accept that it takes a while to invest a lot of work and patience, and later the long-term benefit. Occasionally we come back with a message and then try to encourage them to work. You never know, some wake up later.

Hi Keith,

continue to keep in touch with all the members of your team, even if they are inactive, by sending an e-mail at least once a week.

Encourage them, make yourself available, do not give up if you do not receive responses, everyone has their own time, do not forget, however, to reward those who work hard and is actively involved in its business.

Use the "reassignment" tool, it gives one more incentive to move forward to achieve the goals.

Hi, All I can say is stay vigilant keep sending them team and personal messages, I know it's very rough to get someone motivated, as I have 108 PSA's and not one of them has done anything, but I haven't given up o them I send them weekly messages hoping something will work. So having in active CSA's that's not to bad but like I said stay vigilant and they might come around.
