What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

I have received a lot of inactive CSA's as well but am pleased to have some to work with. So I keep in contact with them send them e-mails of encouragement and guess what, one of them has become active again. So I am excited because I feel that I am learning how to work with others who may already be uninterested or bored. Use your inactives to practice your leadership skills and not only will you improve yourself but you just might gain some who become active again.
What is the most valuable thing you learned in your first year in SFI?

Hi, this is a great question, which is quite a story in all circles.
The best way to start your less active or completely inactive PSA is conducting personal example.
You, as the sponsor of a PSA must be better than him and diately close it, prove it by example that this business works.
