Send them out weekly messages about your contests(reminders)
Make your contests interesting, so they would want to participate. Maybe make more than one winner, so more people would be interested to enter... Write about your contest in the stream!!!! Write a interesting description in your profile about the contest you're having!

For me it's a good idea to do make both PSA and CSA participate in your team contests. It is a good way to encourage those who work hard and move up to new grades. You can tell them that once one becomes for example an EA, you will give him some credits or gift certificates. It is a good manner to congratulate your downline members for their achievements. Then you prepare them for a next big Coop.

Hi

What I have observed is the goal must be attainable. The contestants need to know how what position they are in the competition and what the target is. And using emails works better than just putting on your leadership page and include consolation prizes for those who did not win but came close.

Hope that helps.

"How do I get my downline members to participate in my team contests?"

It's very very simple, make an announcement to all your affiliates by sending them your team mail and in that put down what you will offer them to be an EA2 minimum every month and then the ball will start rolling. It's also difficult at the same time because people wants fast money without spending a dime.

Hello, I have to say there is no way. If they want and feel to do this, they will. They must also have time to do this. You should just place a question to your team before launching a contest, to tell you if they are ready and willing to participate that period in a contest. If none of them or too few of them answer, then it is obvious you should not bother with this anymore.

I've set my goals, which are to improve my standard of living. This is something I need badly, and it's and idead that's leading me towards. Making friendship with your affiliates (over Facebook or email) is something that can stick you with SFI and business here. I love to use my a2a for friends close to me with which I try to get in contact and to exchange experience.
Remember that everyone's goal here is to improve it's standard of living and get yourself a chance to improve your family status

Competitions are a good way to convince people not to give up SFI.

First you need to keep your people now inform them of what they did, and if he announces that they have a contest with prizes that can help (eg 10TC) then surely they will show interest and will motivate better. It all depends on how you know about them.

What are the affiliates that do nothing?
I have in my list of affiliated persons to retire for various reasons. one reason is investment. even where not to invest. given that I want to help them realize that sfi is a small investment but seriously, it helps to start with tc-u and talk a lot lessons and experience all that is available to other members.

I have organized Contests and I believe SFI is all about Marketing. When you stop marketing your business Stops. Do not organize contest then you keep quite about it. Use PSA AND CSA mailer to inform members about it. Write in Stream post. If you have a separate mailing system write to them and let them know. Invite them In webinars and talk about contests. Once they are aware and clearly they know what to do they will definitely participate

you can expand the co-oping of the co-op beyond your PSA's and CSA's; that's totally up to you. You can make your offer to pay half (or whatever you want) to any or all generations in your organization using the Group Messaging feature on your Genealogy. Just make certain you have the funds to reimburse everyone who might take you up on your offer! If you make the offer, you must stand behind it
