In my opinion recruiting PSAs will generate slower but greater income, and ECAs can generate quickest income, but only if they are selling a lot of product. It will be the best to combine these two but my vote goes to RECRUITING PSAs.
For example if you recruit 3 PSAs and learn them, help them, give them some advices about how to create an add, where to advertise, what to do when they get new PSA... Show them how to become EA2 and you get 100VP every month for each of them... And also when

Dear Sekhar,

I think both are very important, whether it's recruiting ECA or PSA. With ECA recruiting, you get a lot of advantages, such as a commission from every sale that they do, the discount for the purchase of goods from their stores, and for each ECA that you recruit, you'll earn 100 VP.

While the PSA recruit you also will benefit more, especially if they are active as buyers, sellers at TripleClicks. The most interesting is the VP Matching Point, you work with them,

Recruiting PSA's:

When you recruit PSA's you have to wait at least 2 months, for them to qualify as EA2, then you can start earning from your PSA's in matching VP. If they put a SO in place straight away then you start earning quicker, but only a small percentage of new PSA's see the potential of a SO straight away

Recruiting ECA's:

Recruiting ECA's, is probably a quicker way to generate income faster. As soon as your ECA uploads the first product you get 100 VP,

Hello all Readers,

This seems a bit challenging to draw a line and say which will generate the quickest income because both have their merits.

Here at SFI/TripleClicks we tend to shy away from the notion of quick money because we are all about generating long-term meaningful and significant income which takes time to build. However, I would probably lean towards saying that the ECA may be the quickest route and here is why.

If the ECAs which are recruited are established

Which generates the "quickest" income is probably NOT the most accurate question, but rather which generates the MOST income in the SHORTEST time?

By recruiting PSA's you are getting workers. You are, in fact, recruiting employees - in a sense. Whenever you get a new PSA, you are potentially getting someone who wants to work and is willing to do whatever they have to do in order to be successful.

When you recruit an ECA, you are recruiting another form of income, but

It seems you are trying to make a comparison between two different compensation plans in SFI. To me, these two are more complementary than parallel. It means one follows the other. just let me discuss it bit briefly.

1. The benefits from recruiting ECA starts only when they generate sales from their ECA store. And those who makes better sales are always good marketing players. So the chances are great that they will also sign up as SFI affiliate under you and become PSA.

2.

Hi. I am a relative newcomer to SFI. I have been involved with other networks where the pressure is to recruit recruit recruit. Grab the fast money and run. ( Most of my upline in those systems missed their calling. They grabbed mine and would surely have beaten Hussain Bolt at the olympics)
The difference with SFI is the you sponsor and mentor.
Remember the SFI basics Become an EA2. Teach others to do the same.
There is no fast money.
You can sponsor a new ECA But if he realises

Hello,

That is a good question. To be honest, I believe that PSAs are better solely because once you get them on your team, you can spend all kinds of time with them in order to help them achieve the full pinnacle of the power of SFI. I believe ECAs are also effective too. But it also depends on who is active vs who is not active. Finding the active members are what is most important in order to maintain a wealthy income, because without the active members, it would be like gaining nothing

Greetings Shekhar and fellow SFI Affiliates

Neither of these will generate the quickest income. Others will argue with this because they will have had their own experiences and that is good. I will be interested to see the answers to this question to see how they differ from my opinion and my knowledge will expand.

The reason that I say neither is because the results will depend on the individual affiliate and their contacts.

If you are well connected with people

In my opinion, there are too many factors involved to be able to choose PSAs or ECAs as a definite answer.

I think your success with either PSAs or ECAs comes down to your ability to recruit them smartly and coach, train or support them effectively.

Some people might be able to work better with PSAs. Some might work better with ECAs.

The "quality" of your PSA or ECA may depend on how you find them, attract them and sign them up. For example, if your advertising
