The one thing which has made a difference for me succeeding with SFI is the equality which SFI provides. SFI does not discriminate against anyone. Everyone who is an affiliate is given an equal opportunity for success. Each affiliate is exposed to the same conditions and opportunities which will help them become successful.
SFI does not cater to the rich and famous and 'drive'the poor man away. Culture, class, nationality or economic standing do play a role in this business. Everyone has to start from the basics and work his way up.

Motivation is the one thing that surely made the difference for me to succeed in SFI.
When I stumbled upon this opportunity, I'd say the timing was perfect. My drive to own a business that is manageable while I'm still a full-time employee, inspired me to stick to the SFI program. That's my own motivation, but needless to say, SFI itself is a pro in motivating its affiliates! My efforts are well recognized through the badges I earn. The program ensures there is solid support from your sponsors / team leaders. And the system never lets you down since everything is FAIR for everyone. The rules have been established so that everyone gets motivated to try simple things, to participate in fun games, and feel the presence of a global family with one end in mind - to succeed.
As I keep myself reminded of my main motivation to stay in the game, I find ways to make my team feel motivated as well. And just the same, SFI makes sure I am reminded of the things I need to do to become an awesome sponsor. Thus, motivation encompasses the SFI system. You can never go wrong here. Cheers!

"Above all else, what is the ONE THING that has made the difference for you in succeeding with SFI?"
Independence. I love that with SFI I pick my hours, my products, my choice of which opportunities I choose to work with and have no one looking over my shoulder. I save money on gas by working from home so I can use that money to put into SFI, and I do not have to ask for time off to take a vacation or handle personal business. In fact, I can work from anywhere I can get an internet connection so I can work while waiting during an appointment on my tablet or phone or while on vacation. So for me, INDEPENDENCE is what makes the difference for me succeeding with SFI.

I am saying two things instead of one as I was not sure I could leave out either. Personally, I firmly believe that we can succeed in this business only when we have die hard belief in SFI as an organization and when we don't let our shoulders sag not seeing instant results.
My success has been due to the fact that I have never believed that I will fail provided I do/complete all the activities appropriately and in time. This coupled with the fact that the business model was solid made me that much more determined to stoically go ahead and have the patience for the business to succeed.
As I mentioned earlier "BELIEF" is need to step into the business while "PERSISTENCE" is needed to make it a success.

I don't think there is any one right answer because everybody benefits from some things more than others. But the thing is, there are a lot of us here that are benefiting greatly because of all that we have available.
Speaking of all that we have available, that is what has made the difference with me. All these resources pooled together into one website and we have it sitting at our fingertips. Banners, gateways, and articles on how to successfully advertise. The list goes on and on as to what we have available.
We can advertise SFI, TripleClicks, Wave3, PriceBender auctions, IAHBE, ECA stores...I think we all get the point. The potential is limitless with all of this ready and waiting for us to take advantage of it. That is what annoys me most about most of my PSAs and CSAs. They only log in when they sign up. They are leaving all this potential, all of these resources, behind.

DUPLICATION! build your team of serious entrepreneurs and teach them they have 2 different paths to follow in SFI. these 2 paths are the fast way and the slow way. the fast path will be to invest and maintain a standing order so your downline turns EA month after month. this will generate the fastest income. the slower path is to build the downline of people who WILL invest without your self investing. but this will be difficult although you will generate income.
The one thing that has made the difference in my SFI journey is my sponsor. He is the true epitome of what an awesome sponsor is. If I am half the sponsor he is, I would have done my team justice.
He has taken sponsorship to a higher dimension. Through his example, I have understood what effective communication means and how it empowers team members.
It is certainly hard to choose just ONE thing, as I feel that there are a number of things that are crucial to succeeding with SFI.
However, I personally feel that the MOST important factor for my success is actively doing something to grow my business every day. Whether it is posting ads, supporting team members, purchasing TripleClicks products for my business, or even just completing the tasks on my To-Do list, I make sure that I do at least one productive activity aimed at growing my SFI business every day.

1 I had a great sponsor. I am one of the lucky affiliates, in as much as I had a goood sponsor from the word get go. He is a very good mentor, and has become a good friend
2 We have a very small team at the moment, but its a wonderful team, and I am talking about our team, as we are a here to help each other to reach the top, and have great team players in my first 3 generations
