If you are thinking of doing this for your weekly 30VP, then here are my suggestions for that.
1. List your 5 or 10 that have the opportunity to make EA2, The first week talk about being sure that they get every VP they can. Check and if some of your members who are working the system don't have any PSA's then reassign someone to them. Try to match the language and country to make it easier for them to write a message. Since you will probably have to transfer inactive people tell them that this is their opportunity to practice writing weekly newsletters.

2. Spotlight your top member - usually all you have to do is say the country they are from and how long they have been with you. If you always have the same one as number 1, then go down the list. I have found that this improves the VP count of everyone.

3. Let them know that you are there and available to answer questions. At this point mention SFI message and chat system and your personal SFI email address.

4. Tell them you appreciate their efforts.

5. Write a shot paragraph about something you have noticed people are missing in their todo list. For instance mention that if they haven't put up their photo yet, that you have the instructions as to how they can do that easily and you will send it to them if they answer and request it.

It isn't enough to send just one newsletter. Sending one newsletter like the above is best for the entire group. Dividing your people into older members that know the system and sending them a letter that is more in depth such as how to advertise using a specific method. Then also send emails to your new people giving them advice on the importance of logging in daily and what it will do for them. Such as - logging in helps them develop the habit of daily working the program. They keep up with what is going on in the program, and mention the value of the forum. Many new and older people stay because of the forum and the help and encouragement they get there.

Don't stress anything to the new people that is beyond their understanding. A newsletter is good to have, but it needs to be supplemented with personal emails. Because we can do the first name thing, you can write the same email to all of those you think can benefit from a specific subject. You can even go so far as to offer a free ebook to them. Require them to request the book, don't just send it.

Newsletters as a whole need to be short, no more than 5 short paragraphs, upbeat and if you can use some humor. They should sound like you are talking to a friend and not be too business like because SFI works by building repore'.

Well, I think the newsletter should contain, among other things, news about your team, your downline. Just repeating what is already available in SFI may not serve any purpose. However, important aspects available in SFI could be highlighted, but just one at a time. SFI's "Rules of Success" fall into this category.

First,it is necessary to decide about the periodicity of the newsletter. It should not be too frequent or too delayed. To my mind, a fortnightly newsletter will be appropriate.

News about the developments in SFI during the period could be mentioned in passing, giving a reference to the site/topic/location concerned, so that those who have not seen the SFI news could go there for details.

More important and interesting would be the news pertaining to the achievements of your team members during the period under coverage.

Motivating the members who are not up to the level of your expectation, but are active, has to be also a purpose of the newsletter.

You can announce contests or rewards you plan to introduce for your team-mates.

You can also recognize good achievers in your own way, for instance, by allotting them STARS in the range of, say, 1 to 5.

Your imaginative mind can always devise various innovative ways of presenting material in your newsletter, for attracting the attention of your team members, for better overall performance of your team.

Hello,

There are plenty of topics that can be part of your Newsletter. They can be built to address the needs of your Affiliates who may be of different levels or ranks. These may include the following

1.For Beginners you can start with ‘Getting Started’ as a Topic. Pick out key things they need to do like telling them that if they earn 500 VP within 24 hours after registration they get 200 FREE VP. Guide them where to go to earn these VP. I suggest you keep it in sizeable chunks so that it is not hard to swallow. This topic itself can be broken into a few Newsletters

2.Explain to them the importance of reading the available material in SFI Basics, LAUNCHPAD, Training etc so that they get a good grasp of the SFI Business.

3.Share articles that you can find in the Training Tab. Summarize it for easy reading. Please note that not many people are avid readers and provide for language proficiency by making it simple and short. (KISS). Note your affiliates come from all parts of the world.

4.You can pick out topics from LAUNCHPAD and make each topic an item for your Newsletter.

5.Take key articles like Rules of Success. Explain each rule briefly and share your own comments.

6.Get some Inspirational articles to take away their focus on SFI but can be a motivation for them.

7.Solicit ideas and opinions from your Affiliates to see what they WANT?

8.Explain the TABS –Black and Red. Break this into 3 tabs per week. There are a total of 13 Black and 12 Red tabs.

9.Find some topics like how to grow your SFI business for the more seasoned Affiliates.

10.Explain the different streams of income an Affiliate can earn and how they can go about it.

11.Once a month pay tribute to your Affiliates who have achieved something e.g. moved up the ranks, win a contest etc and share you own successes.

Topics you should use in your newsletters for your affiliates should be on how they can generate a great residual income here in SFI. Most of them joined because of that so it is best you enlighten them on ways they can earn the so needed income. Let them know the different streams of income here in SFI.

Another line of topic should be on duplication. Let them know why it is necessary to duplicate and let them understand the importance of duplication. Also enlighten them on the importance of advertising their SFI gateways to recruits PSAs, PRMs, ECAs, etc which will help promote their business and help them generate great residual income.

Other helpful topics should be something inspiring and motivating. Always remind them to login to their SFI homepage and explore its content. I think the best approach to starting a newsletter for your Team is, to take into account all your Team Winners & Movers, what I mean by this is, if any of your Team Win anything on PriceBenders, Daily Grand Draw, or the W3 or achieve any success make sure you highlight their names & their achievements at the Top of your Newsletter!

1. Becoming a better leader.
If you ask why? The first thing to teach your team is how be a great sponsor of their own.

2. Duplication which should be the next assignment for all affiliate. Tell them how important it is to recruit more affiliates in business

3: Advertising should be next on your news letter. Advertizing business for better growth is very important for all affiliate.

4. Effective marketing would be great too in your newsletter. Teach your affiliates on how to market.

It is better to start a newsletter explaining how to accumulate 1500vp with the first day bonus 200vp by the end of the month.

Then explain how to catch the CSAs when they awarded. (Duplicating)

Next tell the importance of recruiting TC and SFI members and give some ideas to make it easy.

Now give some tips and ideas to maintain the rank for the following months.

Further explain about additional income streams.

Don't forget to remind read and log in every day in your each letter.

Well, there are many areas to focus on in writing news letters.

-If you have a team of affiliates who are generally "get profit fast" affiliates, then you should start a newsletter telling them about the various ways they can make money in SFI. That is the compensation plan to be precise. Write to them the ways you also have been successful in implementing the Comp. Plan.

-If you have a team of affiliates who love recruiting hundreds of affiliates, start a news of letter of methods that work effectively when recruiting affiliates. You can remind them of the Sponsoring methods by providing them the link, you can also share your own ways through which you got them signed up.

-If you have a team of affiliates who love buying at TripleClicks store a lot, give them links to great product deals and offers, explain to them the best ways to obtain those products and don't forget to also tell them how they can also introduce these products to there friends and families also if they like it too.

-Now, if you have a team of affiliates who work full time on SFI, THIS IS VERY IMPROTANT: Always remember to give them news about the above explained and also other ways to work on SFI. Since they are full time, I recommend sending newsletters sequentially in specific areas daily, weekly or monthly to them.

There are a whole load of areas to also focus on, but these are the basic and quite simple ones to focus on depending on your team.

It is worth considering the reason why your team joined SFI. We joined SFI exactly because as we are attracted we want to earn money online. So I am explicitly saying that it would be best to focus on the ways of generating income here in SFI to TripleClicks.

Because you will be sending newsletter, it is best to let them know where they can advertise easily without cost; what new product they can promote from TripleClicks, which are already replaced from the featured page in the TripleClicks tab of your affiliate center. You can also discuss the benefit of participating in pricebender auction where they could get good chances in eploding the growth of their own team when they win PSAs & CSAs.

If you can imagine, the extent of details of what you can feed to your team about generating income, it is very extensive so it will be best if your team will be focusing also on that since the bottomline is, all we want is income.
