I think your newsletter should encourage teamwork and be informative. People want to know how their leader became successful, so the reader can be successful as well.
The SFI website has so much information and so many possible paths to take to become successful. Letting your team know which path you took would be very helpful indeed.

First of all - know your Goals !

The first thing you need to do when producing a newsletter is to figure out what you want from it.

Do you want it to:
• Tell your affiliates what you're doing so they can do the same.
• Tell your affiliates what's going on and how to make the most of the SFI.
• Tell your affiliates about your personal experience with SFI.

After you have set your personal goals, try to make the subject interesting and full

In such a newsletter you should concentrate on the absolutely necessary things at that moment and which suffered changes. Inform your team about al the important things and be very brief. Spice your message if possible with attractive contests in which you offer T-Credits or Gift Cards or a what ever interesting surprize reward you have in mind for the categories of SFI affiliates you have in your team.

For Team of affiliates.

There are basically two important points where you have to focus...

1 Learning :- you have to make sure that they learn daily regarding SFI business which may be duplication of affiliates , New ECA , Tripleclicks etc

2 Motivation :- you need to motivate them for achieving their goals.

I think every affiliate who join sfi wants to earn. So in your newsletter just read them all those things from which your affiliates make a successful business as soon as posible like as every action of sfi (daijy actiom, weekly action etc) ,sale or purchase on tripleclicks, sfi ppa action etc. When these affiliates will become a master about sfi and tripleclicks, they will also read the same lession their downline and hence you'll deuelope a great successful affiliates team. And so you'll also success

you should really focus on trying to teach your downline the duplication techniques and once you have it all figured out you should just try to promote the news and try to get them to understand SFI the most possible with the internet lessons & launchpads, send them out the weekly newsletters and get points for it. just do not overload them. :) good luck

Every individual has his or her own choice and preferences.Newsletters are ways of keeping affiliates updated. An affiliate may be interested in either pricebenders, deals, games, promoting SFI,recruiting etc.Besides an affiliate may be expert in certain areas than the other.I suggest you blend your topics so affiliates can get the best of both worlds. All the best.

When you want to sent newsletter to your new affiliates, you should write the following things:

- The first and main thing is to introduce yourself to your Affiliates.
- Explain to the members what to do and what are the possibilities of SFI.
- Attract the attention of the members to the Compensation Plan and Basics.
- And of course it would be nice if you can send some educational video clip to them.

This would be enough to start.
