Well in my opinion I would say that there are no best items to sell on TripleClicks store be it cheap or more expensive but it must be priced attractively and competitively bearing in mind too that the VP Value and level of commission offered is also another motivating factor besides pricing it accordingly and attractively .
products that are not too bulky so as to attract low shipping cost and of course digital stuff will be in demand as well.
I would say that it would be best to have a combination of both. Cheap or non-expensive products cater to a particular group of buyers who do not have a big budget to spare. While expensive products are for those who can afford to buy anything they like as they see it.

So I think you should focus on some items for daily use, because they have better chances for quick sell. But that doesn't mean you should entirely give up on more expensive things! You'll only need to wait longer for them to be sold, usually.

I recommend going for both type of listings.
