I think to be a successful team leader, you should always log into SFI and do your to-do-list everyday, show your team this is the start of being a leader. Also, I think that good communication is essential. I learned in the Marine Corps that in order to be a great leader, you must first be a great follower. In order to instruct, critisize, or give advice, you must first learn how to follow instructions, take critisizim, and listen to advice. Every successful leader in SFI started their business with no downline, only an upline. Every successful leader, at some point has taken advice from someone else. When it comes to knowledge about SFI business, all affiliates here are equal since all the information how to run your business successfully are all in the training files and other documents provided by the company and it's up to an affiliate how he manage to study and apply those information.

What successful leaders in SFI know and do is that they read and study the system of SFI business and after getting accustomed to it put into practice all that they learnt and know about the business.

Be a leader for your team and not only improve they will succeed , but you will also . Teaches / directs all the basics and then they started SFI . Of course, many ways that applied by the leaders .
