If you are an E-Commerce Associate, the information you post in your ECA TConnect page play a vital role in making your ECA a success.

Keep it simple:

1. What type of news: Is it about your existing products? Or a new product is being added? Are there products you have included in the HOT DEALS and CLOSEOUTS?

In my opining, I think it should be News that is:
1. Relevant to the business and nothing more.
2. It should be visible to everyone who browses the TripleClick Store, both Affiliates and Visitors who visit your TConnect Page.
3. An accomplishment in regards to order fulfillment, shipment and date product is due to arrive, if the ECA has that knowledge.
4. Any incentives on offer, participation information and the price to be won, this also should have a timeline.

Firstly, anyone connected to you will see your news. I recommend posting news that is of interest to a wide audience. Keep your products and services interesting and of value to your prospective customers. Help them understand why they need what you are offering. Unless they have a need for what you are promoting they will not buy.

Great question. The news that ECAs should post in to their ECA news is any information that will build your brand and connect with your customers. Typically, you would like to include information about hot deals. Whether it is a brand new item that is specially priced to introduce it to your audience or a deep discount on an old favorite product, this is *hot* news.

ECAs should pay close attention to the news posting because it's really important to promote their store.
