Everybody who have been in SFI long enough would say focus on
- Duplication
- Compensation Plans
- ECA Program
- Co-Sponsor Affiliate
- IAHBE
Short to the point,
You should really focus in what bring them benefits and what make them happy and success in their SFI business.
What are the things that most make you proud to be an SFI affiliate?

Being My Own Boss
A chance to be my own boss is the most I proud to be an SFI affiliate. Sometimes, I got annoyed by telling me to do that, and to do this. I was always looking away out, but none were open until I was part of SFI affiliate. Now, I can be my own boss in SFI. Hopefully, one day I can quit my full-time job and started full-time in my fortune of SFI.
Chance to Generate income
When you are part of SFI or SFI affiliate, there are chances to generate income money started from penny to thousands!

What's best to sell at TripleClicks? Cheap things or more expensive/more valuable items?

I would say both because of these two reasons.
1. When you only sell expensive items, you miss cheap items hunters
2. When you only present cheap items, you got skipped by quality hunters
So, list items as many as you could, I'm sure the more you list your items, more sale it gonna generate.
What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

Well,
whatever you send them they are not just gonna read it.
Whatever you tell them, they just don't listen to.
Whatever you show them, they just don't take a look it.
You don't focus on those people, but don't ignore them either,
Treat them like the rest of team, talk to them like the rest of your members.
Provides them what they need even if they don't take it.
Answer them what they question you or ask you about..
What type of news should ECAs post on their ECA TConnect Page? And who gets to see the news posted?

ECAs should pay close attention to the news posting because it's really important to promote their store.
ECAs should post news of their products and their services.
Product and Service News about
1. Sale items like bogo-deals and special discounted
2. New Items or products to their store or website
3. Special and unique items that the store has.
They should be careful when they post news about their products and services because customers can't waste their time to read whole of junk article or news. Sometime,they want to purchase like shake-and-go, as fast as they can. So, should they try their best to be short, accurate, attractive, sexy and persuasive.
Technically, the customer or members who visit to their page can actually can see their posted news, but likely the member or customer who connected to their connection would see first.

Leaders Dos
1. Treat SFI seriously like their only business.
2. Do whatever it take to promote their SFI affiliate.
3. Help any affiliate who need help
4. Give their affiliate best advices
5. Focus SFI from every angle.
6. Go and do first before they let their downline.
