The best is you should do both if your objective is to accelerate your business growth here in SFI. Learn to sponsor yourself and become a fully developed one so that all your PSAs from your bought gateways will follow you as they can perceived that you are an awesome sponsor. Learning how to sponsor is much priority to do for yourself because that will be your tool to make your team grow that will push you to the top.

Then you might want to start with some Free Advertising methods. Start with something like Free Classifieds. If you can post at least 10 ads a day, this will give you a starting point in order to get the news out that you are in business.

You could than start trying other methods of advertising, such as Safe List or some Traffic Exchanges, Word of Mouth, Flyers, Gift Cards, Blogging, Social Media, etc...

After you get comfortable with learning how to do some advertising in different methods of advertising, than you can start to try out some of the Paid Advertising.

You could purchase some PSAs, but the same will apply with the fact that there is no guarantee that they will become active PSAs. But, this could also help you to build up your downline.

So you might want to consider not to rely on just one method when first starting out with building up your team.

Using many different methods until you find out what works best for you, is going to make the difference when it comes to building up your business with PSAs.

With paid advertising such as Paid Per Clicks, (PPC), make sure that you do your research, because this can become a very expensive way to go if you do not know what you are doing.

It is very important for you to use key-codes and check your hit-tracker on a daily basis to find out what advertising methods that you are doing are working great for you.

If you have not yet to get some good results, than just keep trying different places and different ways to advertise.

By trying all different methods and discovering which way works good for you, than learn that technique and become the best at that technique.

After you have conquered that one technique, than try to conquer another technique.

The more you advertise and the more different techniques that you use to advertise, the better your results will be.

You also might want to consider to play in the auctions for some of the CSAs and PSAs to help you build up your team.

Because Marketing is a numbers game, you might have to go through thousands of affiliates to find a small group of workers on your team.

Once you get comfortable doing one technique, and mastering that technique, than move on to a new method. This way your are out-reaching to many different ways to help build up your downline.

Once you start this business, you are going to want to continue to grow your business, so there is no stopping on all of the different ways of trying to build up your business.

My suggestion is to use both methods of Paid and your Own methods.

You really need to do both. It is important to learn to advertise for yourself. But sometimes our advertising efforts hit a wall, so to speak. In this case I think buying advertising that results in signups is a good course to follow to keep your team growing. I personally utilize both methods, but I try to keep the cost low enough as to not interfere with my other financial responsibilities. Contrary to what you may be reading in forum, there are some good advertising packages available on TripleClicks that will result in affiliates and are inexpensive. A couple of bucks here and there is all it takes.

It follows that when you buy PSAs you should learn how to sponsor them, or else it's a waste of money.

Purchasing PSAs is not a question, it's how Awesome Sponsor you are. You should know how to lead, encourage and motivate them. When you purchase PSAs it does not mean you have active PSAs unless you lead them to build a successful SFI business. PSAs are one of the foundation in succeeding SFI business.

I have not been with SFI very long,but I wanted to start a team. I went a head and purchased PSA's from Tripleclicks. I did receive my PSA's in a timely fashion.

I have been told by my team leader that duplication is the key to success.

I do think that if you can find your own PSA and PRM and teach them the program it would be better.

But don't forget that you can always get lucky and find that one diamond hidden that will bring you what you are looking for.

I will purchase from Tripleclicks again and I would recommend S builder if you don't have time to advertise yourself.

You have raised a very interesting issue. Remember, in SFI we are in a "virtual" environment and not a real life flesh-and-blood environment. In a real life situation, you can "shape" your team in the way you want, you can interact face-to-face, cajole, reprimand, encourage, counsel, guide,and motivate on a one-to-one basis. In the "virtual" world all this is that much more difficult.

So your best option is to sponsor your own PSAs , people whom you know well, with whom you can interact outside the SFI portal on a daily basis, and with whom you have a strong equation and with whom you can work as a real team.

So get away from the "virtual" world,and bring in people from the real world and you will be that much more successful in the "virtual" world ! Hope this helps.

For example purchasing PSA'S takes away the advantage of screening for a quality person(s)to build a strong team structure. Unfortunately you will get much in terms of quantity but you will be at a great risk for very low quality. you can purchase 200 PSA'S with one or none being active.

I find talking to persons in your neighbourhood, friends, family, or other associates increases your chances of finding individuals who are willing to work at it. It makes going through your prospects much easier while interacting with them you just know who is serious and who is not.

I think doing a mixture of both is good. Measure how efficient each method is in bringing in active affiliates.
I recommend the SBuilder as well, Ive received some great team members from this.
Learning how to sponsor them yourself is definitely knowledge worth having so that in leaner times where you cant spend as much as youd like, you can still build your team up! Best of luck to you!

But the thing you should notice is which way brings great results by great results i mean the one that gives you active affiliates than the other,

Then stick to that. You can also buy s builder co op share or two.

I say use all of them if you can afford , after all this is your business, the more you put in the more you will get .
