I think you can overwhelm people with too much information and constant contact. They also may think you are trying to push them into buying something and that immediately screams scam at them. You have to let people find their own way and gently push them when they need it. Some people may ask for help, but these are the ones that will make it anyway because they realize the potential. The ones you never hear from are just looking for something and don't know exactly what they are looking for,

Too much is once a week for those who aren't doing anything. You should communicate every three to four weeks with those who are unless they contact you.
You dont want to seem to pushy and run them off.
Just be sure that when you do contact them. That you leave a
Signature letting them know your contact info. And they can contact you anytime they need you.

Most psychological research agrees that you will only share the same style as around 25%. It is not wonder then, with three out of four people being different from that miscommunication occurs within teams.


Although it might be a challenge to work with people who are different, managers must believe that the differences that people have within the team can complement each other if the team is to benefit from the value opportunity that differences offer.

My input will be as follow in such scenarios when I consider it as excessive n unnecessary communication with my fellow team mates :
When you keep bugging n flooding them too frequently via be it  email, team mail, a2 messages or any other forms of communication say like very day or so I would say one to twice a week should be ok and remember to keep it short sweet n relevant.
Never over promise and not be able to deliver or honoufit Ada result.
No pushing and pestering to buy stuff

We have to understand first that there is not such thing as unnecessary communication, but what approach we take and how we address this.

My point is that we have affiliates with different:

1. Educational background
2. Technology knowledge
3. Age, region, culture
4. Intellectual capacity
5. Character virtues

Good question. Frequently need to make friends with branches class, who have more advanced than you. Ask them what you don't understand they share successful tips with you. I think that the motivation of the larger driver. Show them your success and offer help whenever they need it. You need to know that they have the support of its sponsors and are part of a team.
