Actally I'm not trying to get any help from my a2a friends. However I do answer their questions and give my best to help them when they message me. I have a great sponsor and I give my best to be awesome sponsor too.
You should try to share with yours a2a friends some helpfull tips, words of encoragement, be the best a2a friend and then expect the same from them!

Simply to get the benefit of a2a friends who/whom offer positive support and assistance you must register as an a2a member on the a2a tab on your Affiliate Center Homepage.Once you are registered, you can immediately start browsing the a2a roster, exchanging messages, and more.
So, by this way you can also create "Buddy lists" brainstorm, share tips, discuss SFI news,and more.

I have to be a person motivate them to build the business professionally being a reliable loyal persistent person. And to have the downline active.
I have to be an example as no one do things f I am not doing. And I will try to explain they are the onely one respobsible for their success.Exp[ain them no time to waste and not postpone the work and not to quit at anytime.

First choose your friends wisely, don't just except every friend request, this is business.
You want friends who are good at what they do, friends you can learn from.
Second, don't expect anything that you yourself are not ready to offer. So, in plain words if you want them to offer positive support and assistance, you offer it first!
And you'll get what you wanted in spades.

I believe all SFI Members are very much willing to provide support and assistance specially if they were the ones who requested to be your A2A friend. But the very first thing that you can do is to establish good rapport with them. When you become real friends, both of you will support each other to become successful.

The answer to this question is quite easy.
You should go to the a2a tab. There are 3 options:
1. Recommended friends for you;
2. New a2a members; and
3. Friend finder.
So, you can get yours a2a friends from every of these 3 mentioned options. When you find a chosen a2a friend, then you just put friend request.
These friends are very valuable, because there is mutually offering of positive support and assistance.
