Make sure that your encouragement can not be misinterpreted into something negative as well. It's very hard to decipher tone through text, and some people may take one form of wording the wrong way.
Consider starting a conversation with them trying to see how things are going. Ask if they need any help or might have any advice that you could find helpful. You may get advice back that you already knew, but at least they tried. If they need help, do your best to assist them.
If you get a conversation going back and forth between the two of you, you will probably never run out of things to talk about when it comes to SFI.

How do we get our a2a friends to offer positive support?
Well, start by praising your a2a friend for his/her achievements.
Most of the time we pick our a2a friends either because they are from our own country or place, or because you have read their posts / achievements and are impressed.
Tell them that you really look up to them and need their support. I'm sure they will respond.

First, before you get a positive support and assistance from A2A friends you must get their trust and ofcourse if you tell them that you need an advice from them. Our A2A friends here were all friendly, especially our senior Affiliates who are very successful here in SFI and have lots of experienced. You may ask them for tips on how to become successful here and I'm sure all of them will give their full support for you to be able to succeed. SFI is a family business and you can consult to everyone your needed support and if you want an immediate response you may go to the Forum.

I would write them an email and ask if they would want to share some tips and ideas.... (Maybe for an exchange for your tips and advice) I would also communicate with them through the forum!!! One of my a2a friends proposed if I would want to communicate through Skype and share positive support that way! Before asking straight up for advice, get to know them first... Their name, where they are from, their hobbys, etc! Maybe you guys have something in common and will continue the conversation more smoothly!;)

Find a2a friends who are of the same nationality or reside in the same country with your affiliate or affiliates, introduce them to each other. In this way, you are building a community online that will share the same experiences in the same language and culture.
In this way, affiliates will feel at home and comfortable in sharing experiences, ideas and concerns on SFI Business.

There will always be those people who for some reason or other find it difficult to share. But the key to receiving all that we desire is to give it. Call it karma or the golden rule. You will receive back into your life what you offer to others out of sincerity.
Be a friend and you will find friends. Need a mentor then be a mentor and someone will come along to mentor you. Looking for a local group in your area - start one and reach out and those who are looking will find you.
