The simple answer is through advertisement and the issue will be which ad effort will give you the active affiliates you desire. Advertisements are in different forms in terms of the media, target and most importantly, content and budget.

It will be easier to pre-determine the character and potential activeness of affiliates
you get from your warm market. These are your friends, colleagues, relatives and social network connections, so properly targeting this group, using your knowledge of them and also using the knowledge of the profile of your social network friends, may lead you to determine those who may be potentially active in SFI. You can reach these people directly and demonstrate to them verbally or in writing, what is expected of them on one hand, and what is expected of us on the order hand. However, there is no 100% guarantee they will be active as required anyway.

Another important way to generate active affiliates is the content of your advertisement. Your content should fairly prepare your prospective affiliates on what to expect when they join, like your ad content should demonstrate the long term business building SFI entails and that it is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It should also stipulate that, it is a network marketing business and briefly mention where and how we are different, at the same time, do not be afraid to let them know they may need to invest, but that the decision is theirs to make. This type of content will attract those who have been in online business, in one form or the order and looking to diversify their earnings portfolio.

Lastly, your content should also be written in such a way as not to scare away potentially inexperience prospects, by making it brief, yet to the point. 1. The affiliate who has the talent and skill at buying and selling activities
Affiliates who have the talent and skills on selling activities will be more easily drawn to the SFI SFI's main activities is because buying and selling.
They can choose one between the two activities that are selling products to the SFI or purchase a product from SFI to wear alone or sold in their stores.
They can also choose the 2 that activity at once.

Activities that are crucial to the development of SFI is sponsoring activities. Through sponsoring activities, members of the SFI can form a strong team. Sponsoring activities is very exciting because the member can have friends who can give financial gain.

these information i want to provide is very vital for you in finding serious affiliates.
here it is.
recruit affiliates that are close to you, those around you, those you can reach easily, people that are ready to take advises from you, those who see you through your activities.
then train them to do the same thing you are doing.
if you think you cannot find such PSAs around you, dont worry, you are not lost, there is yet another way, go for auction at tripleclick, endeavor to win PSAs of any quanity, after the win, don't make instant purchase, wait patiently until first day of every month, i have discovered that serious minded people register on the first of the month in order to get maximum point and such ones have very good sponsor if they are CSAs.

SFI business is a lot more interesting because they give you free training, including coaches on forum, a2a friends, and even ask SC. You will learn a lot here in SFI, you don't even need to find it outside because you can have your PSAs and CSAs through TripleClick, bidding or even buy it. The only thing you need is to build them, and gather a many affiliates as you can so that there will always be an active affiliates left in the funnel. The more affiliates you have, the more chances that you will have active affiliates.

Hi,

We are all facing the same problem that PSA / CSA are not active although we have tons of affiliate. They are login first day then disappear . It is not possible to contact them through SFI tools.
In my view try to set on your goals that everyday you contact through email at least 5 to 10 inactive affiliate. Just simple welcome letter to re-enter SFI. By this way I active every month 5 to 6 affiliate in my group although they are join before six month.

Be positive,make affiliate active.

What will you do if you learn where to buy SFI-PSA's that Source gets reportedly at least 2% upgrades (instead of just clicking or just responding to your emails)?

this is very good question.

There is no magic way of founding active affiliates, they key is: DO NOT QUIT.

This is job where one bad apple does not mean that hole tree is bad. You should keep up with advertising and looking for your gold apple. Keep in mind that you need to lead every new affiliate (PSA) with your example, if you have doubts - they will too, if you are inactive - they will be too.

Just do your job: promote products, promote SFI, be very supportive to your team, and every month you will grow more,more and more.

If having no cap on earning potential sounds good to you, then you will need to decide whether affiliate marketing is really for you.

First, it is important to know that you need to be passionate about the products you are marketing. If you are simply marketing them to make some money, then you will never make any sales because people do not want to buy from someone who only cares about how big their wallet is.

People have to trust you before they will buy a product you recommend, and in order to make a lot of money you have to gain a lot of people’s trust online.

Second, it is not a get rich quick scheme, so you must have patience and commitment. It takes time and effort for you to be found online and to build up a following of people who trust you, and while you could be making money within a few weeks, your success will likely be a gradual incline in a smooth and slow manner. That is not a hard and fast rule, as some people find immediate success, but expecting too much could result in disappointment.

If you are convinced that SFI is working for you-then you will easily convince your friends,relatives,neighbors,colleagues and other persons who do you know outside of internet. When you convince just few of them that you are doing a "right thing",then they will get you new CSA from their environment,and you will shortly after have a nice team to start.
I think that's a natural way to start spreading your net of affiliates which will stick to SFI more then just few days.

Well, that question will have to be the question that is on every Sponsors mind.

There is unfortunately no proper answer to this, or if there is, i would like to have it as well please :-)... Jokes aside.

The only way to gain truly interested affiliates that will remain active is to sponsor, sponsor, sponsor. Keep acquiring sign-ups, giving assistance and showing them the way... if it fails, Rinse and Repeat- that is the only way.

With regards to PSAs, I had recently read that there is about 1 diamond in every 100 sign-ups.
