It's really hard to say who would be interested in work, who will get commitment and do the best he/she can. First of all, you, as a Sponsor, need to lead by example and offer your help, show them important links where they can read about SFI and how to work. After that it's all up to them. Either they will recognize this perfect job opportunity or they won't!

They are around you. your family, friends; these may seem to be near you but they are the hardest to convince and at the same time easy to come on board. Because they are always around you, they know you inside and out. Actually they see how you change with time so it becomes up to you to show them that there is some thing from SFI. With some people seeing is believing and if they see for themselves, the chain begins.A chain where friends tell friends and so on.
I think you can never be sure who is really interested and who not.
Some people after three months understand the real opportunities in SFI and some never understand.
It is therefore important for you to learn this job that other people have to present this job in the right way.
