Success in SFI is mainly from versa points. We are all here to make money as affiliate meaning that you are to sell items for a commission. By the way what is ''success in SFI" mean to you?
Looking at SFI basics, getting versa points, bringing new members and Duplicating can flag you off and all cost nothing. These are what you have to do in order for you to reach success.
Getting more VP earns you more
Bringing in new members to SFI and building a good team earns you much money. The many they are the much sales and much matching VP when you tell/teach them these 3 things.

How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?

I, myself too, am looking forward see other solutions to your question my friend; from our fellow comrades how they do it to help us out. As for me, I really think the big issue here is communication break down. Most of those that quit or give up do not give you feed back as to what they think of what you have written. This break-down never lets you know what is going on on their side. If only you could see their side, may be you could have known as to why they are doing so.
Their motive as to why they joined SFI should is an answer to the question. If you knew what motive they had in joining, you would either have helped them achieve it from SFI or convinced them to change and see things as you do see them.
Oh perhaps how we do it does not convince them to stay. If only there was a way to make them see what makes you stay / carry on. All I see is closing down to one thing which is not done properly communication.

Advertising, learning more about SFI, sponsoring and duplicating I would say is the best strategy. with advertising you will have a chance of people knowing more about SFI and bring in new members to build your team. You know build a team is part of increasing your income figure.
Do your best to learn more about SFI puts you in a position where you can answer questions from anyone and you do it convincingly. Secondly, with this you can find a good word to put in anything you do; Articles, videos. podcast about SFI.
Sponsoring. Good works are paid with better results in terms of cash my friends. work together. share and support your team.
Duplicate. when new members come in make sure you show them all that you. With these strategies at SFI you are on your way to earning quickly.

What do successful Leaders in SFI know and do?

Like as you know to become a team leader you make have a rating of 3 stars and more.This rating is reached at when you are endorced by your own downline. To acheive the rating you must be known by your downline. The only one thing i know of that can make you reach this place is total Sacrifice and devotion to each member of your team. Knowing your down line, helps you learn many things that can help you be a more efficient leader like solutions to problems that are recurring in different membersin you team are passed on to new members.
If you are able to make this to all your team, be sure of respect and success to you and the entire team.
Remember a good working team earns you respect leading you to money. and there is success for you as a leader.
So Giving in yourself to bond, look after, or help out your affiliates can make you a successful leader in SFI.

I say that the number does not matter at all. It all depends on you; What is success to you?
Once you have the answer then do you have the time and how much can you handle?
it is all hard work. Do you have the heart for it? if your answer is a Yes. A big number will do for you if you can get it.
If your answer is a no, a small number can work for you. Remember if you dream big and you grow big that is your success. And also if you want small and you make it that's success too. What is your number, make it that's success. Consider your wants and make it happen.

How can I find affiliates who are truly interested in SFI and who will remain active?

They are around you. your family, friends; these may seem to be near you but they are the hardest to convince and at the same time easy to come on board. Because they are always around you, they know you inside and out. Actually they see how you change with time so it becomes up to you to show them that there is some thing from SFI. With some people seeing is believing and if they see for themselves, the chain begins.A chain where friends tell friends and so on.
How do I get my downline to focus on duplication? How do I explain the importance of duplication to them?

Forget using mails here, engage in direct talk. You could never force anyone to do it your way. However you can talk them, show them how you do it or even see how they do what they do. you never know their way might be simpler than yours or perhaps that's the reason why you are not able to convince them to do it your way. Learning has no limit. By the time you finish with talking to the all of your down line members they may be on your side or you on a new side.
Remember Duplication, you want them to do what you do to be successful. The convincing fact to use here is your results so as they may get to it. Show them the results from your system of duplication for this helps you explain every thing easily.
