My sponsor sent me some T-Credits I used it to bid on double Member Reward Points(MRPs) auction and then I used these MRPs to buy more T-Credits (126MRP/1 T-Credit=102VP) this enabled me to achieve VersaPoints and I was able to reach EA2 status and my sponsor earned 100 Action VPs that help her achieve Bronze team Leader.
So by transferring T-Credit both you and your PSAs or CSAs can reach your goal.

No one can be so sure if transferring Tcredits will be so beneficiary or not too beneficiary. Tcredits is been bought, so transferring Tcredits is giving incentives to one's PSAs or CSAs.

You can set a test e.g the first person who attains EA first will get this amount of Tcredits and so on. That will make you minimize the way you transfer it.
Because if you share Tcredits to all your PSAs and CSAs, it will only bring loss to you.

Well for the start they will say a big thank you ( if they are active) ! And I would only give to the active ones... You would also benefit when they level up... On their purchases.... You'll be a great sponsor... Hopefully they will duplicate your skills ... It's especially good to help out the ones who are starting out, because usually they can't afford tcredits. Overall if I would be your Psa/csa I would be extremely happy to receive extra tcredits, whether it would be 1 or 10 or more...!;)

There is no guarantee that you will get something back that is a certainty. But some people always remember the good things you have done to them and will give it back to you in the future when they get a chance. Also there is another way how I look at it too. At first, i will love to say that it is a great sponsoring method as well as the benefits involved for the affiliate who tcredits are being assigned to are encouraging and also in the hands of the right affiliate who has complete understanding on the total uses of Tcredits and what they stand for,this will initiate a standard working downline .
Moreover, just as i said earlier , its a great way of sponsoring affiliates, as this provides the encouragement that our various downlines needs , this is a prove to them that SFI is not a scam and if such an affiliate puts the tcredits to effective use , the benefits are unlimited and therefore beneficiary to the sponsor and upline team leaders .
Furthermore, once this occurs , a better sponsor-downline communication structure is built as the confidence and attention of such downline as being secured ......thanks

I suggest TCredits should be transferred to a PSA or CSA to improve their VP/month;
as recognition for a job well done, to an affiliate who is a worker but is battling through a particular month to achieve his/her target and to any new affiliate who shows promise in the business.
This would result in a motivated team who would apply more effort to the business and hereby benefit your business with additional VP, a 'deeper' downline, who could/would also,in time, benefit from your TCredit support as suggested above.
