As bad as it may be, you can't stop them from quitting or giving up. I've struggled with this same question myself! Bring the team up to speed on everything needed to succeed. Show your downline how to be more sufficient with SFI! Most people will want to work, and others will not. Most people want to get rich quick, but this isn't what this business is all about. As long as you try to communicate with your downline, give them the resources they need to be successful, show them the ways of contribution from duplication, that's all you can ask for. The rest is up to them to show and prove to you that they want a real opportunity to earn an income and be productive. Otherwise, continue on with your own business, and continue to talk to your downline as often as possible, but don't let what they're not doing injure your business because of their unwillingness to succeed! You can only keep your downline from quitting only if they don't want to quit. For example, in my own team, I have some people who complain to me daily that SFI is hard. That why would they have a standing order or have to buy something or even have to stay a long time before money starts trooping in? I gave them answers and also advised them on various methods they could use to make it easy for them, some took to it, while others still thought its a waste of time. For those who thought its a waste of time, I couldn't do much because deep down in them they have already quit. And for those that took to my advice and help, they are doing fine, and also I'm motivation them like giving free Tcredits and so on.
You can't really keep all your downline from quitting. All you can do is to help them enough, give them all you can give because you can't give them what you don't have. And also you strive to be better in SFI. If you do all this and they quit, you can't do anything again, you can't force them.
And also know this, you and I that's reading this or staying in SFI, some of us don't really get help from our sponsors or co- sponsors, but because we are determined, we are still here today. Let's keep it up. We are all going to get there. Cheers to success.

If someone is determined to quit, there's really nothing you can do. As far as that goes, would you want to keep someone who isn't motivated to do anything or doesn't quite grasp what all SFI has to offer?

Basically all any of us can do is keep motivating, encouraging, and leading by example. You'll have a few who will drop out occasionally. Or they'll still be there but not active. But as long as you keep sending those motivating messages, they may start moving and be the best affiliates you have.

One thing you must guard against at all times, is sending them links to other opportunities or harping at them about spending money or setting up a standing order. SFI corporate already takes care of that. All you need to do is be a friend and send them links to various parts of SFI and TripleClicks to help them find their way. Encourage them to ask questions and if someone really wants to leave, just let them go. There's not a whole lot anyone can do to stop them other than maybe letting them know that you're there for them if they want to come back later.

I think all of us can relate to that. Some of us did quit, but gave it another try. Maybe that is part of growing-up. Today it may be a case of it seems as if I’m going nowhere. I need that second or main income today … not tomorrow. Tomorrow you find that your business is taking off like a Boeing.
Because we experienced other businesses promise you the world, but you need to part of some cash before, we think that SFI are promising us the same. However, here you hear that you can manage your business without a financial outlay. But, soon we realize that this takes a bit longer than you expected.
I had a very good PSA. She did everything in her power, but was not prepare to make a financial investment. She found that her marketing strategy, which was good, didn’t bring her the income she expected. After months of daily logging in and do her marketing, she just gave up.
For me, not all can or will be business people. Although I believe all can. If you believe you can … you can! However, some is better customers than business people. We must remember that we are in a people’s business which means if you can’t manage to keep them as PSA’s, they may become our customers.
We also know that they will come, but not all of them will stay. So, don’t feel bad. Many of us are sitting with 100’s of PSA’s of whom only 1-5 may be active. Don’t allow that to break you, but rather let it motivate you to always keep working. Don’t for a moment think that you will work hard today and tomorrow you will sit back and relax. You’ll be greatly disappointed.
So, do not spend too much time on PSA’s who gave up on themselves. If you have done your outmost … You have done your best

First of all, there is no sure-fire way you can keep them from quitting or giving up. That would be good if we could, but there's nothing you can do to stop them.

Now, since we know we can't stop them from leaving, let's discuss what can be done in order to give them the best possible opportunity to stay. I have found that most affiliates want to earn first, then learn second - not a problem.

I have created an opportunity for all of my affilates to earn while they are learning the system and building their business. Every time they do anything substantial, I reward them with Tcredits. When they do something noteworthy, I have even been known to bid on auctions and give them the prize.

My point is, find ways to excite your new affiliates in such a way that it keeps them coming back for more. Once you get them WANTING more, they will always do more. Just my little 2 cents...

It is not up to you to keep someone from quitting SFI. If a person wants to quit SFI they are quitting themselves not SFI. Quitters never win so ultimately it is their decision. Some people are looking for an easy way to earn money and SFI is not hard but it does take a lot of hard work and determination.
As a leader it is our job to point our team members in the right direction, it is not our job to pay their way or hold their hand. We are all adults here and if someone is serious about earning an income from online marketing then SFI is a great place to start. SFI is easy just log in daily and do the daily to do list. Bid on auctions with your VP and submit an entry hourly to win the daily give away for two free VP. If they email their team members weekly and do the ask tab (as I see a lot of people are skipping) daily then they will survive without you.
They can advertise for free on several free websites and bring other people into their business who will help them earn more money, add something to sell on your TripleClicks store and advertise for free on Twitter and Facebook and Skype.
So it is not our responsibility to keep them from quitting it is our responsibility to lead them to the water but we cannot make them drink it.

Well this is a challenging task. I have since realized that unless they desire it for themselves, there is very little one can do to get them to stay on. You can send all the streams, post encouragement messages on your blog (leadership page;send team mail but if they still haven't found the importance of being entrepreneurs and dont have it in them; there is very little you can do. bear in mind that not everybody is business oriented. One slight challenge and they give up.

Determination, passion, and desire to succeed in business is intrinsic,though some may be motivated by external factors to stay on e.g hardships may propel someone to desire to work hard until they see benefits and improve their standard of living;whilst on the other hand for some, hardship just spells out doom and throwing in the towel. We are diverse and respond differently to different situations but to a larger extent being consistent mostly comes from within! the right word is resilience; and its not everybody who has it.

This question can’t be answered directly, because the answer depends not only on you, for this work is necessary, first, by your willingness affiliates ... But to maintain the interest that has already been shown, you can do several things

- Maintain permanent contact with your co-workers by e-mail, internal chat

- Communication should be mutual

- Teach them the necessary daily log to the SFI web site/base

- Send them in advantage to the building team

- Send them the benefit they may have by opening your own online shop - ECA program

- Preferably arrange the group briefing, possibly a webinar

- Organize a competition with incentives, to encourage them to greater engagement

This is a very interesting and challenging question.

All I can say is to tell your downline to keep having a good attitude, faith, and believe in his/her self. If others can do it, if I can do it, if he/she can do it and you can do it too.

Motivation I guess is the key word. Plus doing some actions, such as asking some questions, asking for some help, and asking for some knowledge and training if possible. I believe there are lots of good people who are willing to train to someone who is willing to learn.

SFI got some of the information may needed. There are support line, uplines, sponsors, maybe a2a friends, and even some strangers are there and willing to help. It is just depends on the individual to do some actions to find a way to success with SFI.

All the advices and suggestions are useless if someone is not motivated and willing to do some actions. This is just my opinion and hope it help.

Let me start by saying that being a Sponsor in SFI is like being a Parent. That means that you should treat every affiliate in your group as if he/she was your child. Guide them in their first steps, Nurture them with help and support as they go along the way and pick them up when they fall down with negativity and confusion. No beginning is easy in this life. It is the Way of the World. The same rule applies to the Internet. Every person is UNIQUE. Therefore, you should treat them with tolerance and love. Learn about their skills and direct their course depending on those skills. Be a mentor, a friend and make yourself available in any way. Explain the Power of Teamwork and focus their actions on that very principle. Even in the simplest and most mundane question, treat them with respect and reward them when they earn it. One day, sooner than you might think, they will reward you in many ways.

Following that, I would like to stress that it is very important to be Clear and Straightforward with them. People are NOT Stupid! They can be a bit confused with everything on the internet and hazy about what they are looking for BUT in no means Stupid. Therefore, No fluff, No misleading and No twisting their arms with selling and upgrading. Let them know from the START that SFI is NOT a get Rich quick scheme and always get your details right to ensure TRUST , HONESTY and CREDIBILITY. Don't be afraid as fear is detectable, be a Leader and do it with PASSION and DRIVE. We are here to guide and allow the benefit of Choice. They have to want it for themselves and explore their options in their own terms. Like SFI Corporate says: “You can bring the horse to the river BUT you cannot force it to drink”. If they don't do that and stay INACTIVE then, you just simply focus on your advertising and the workers BUT allow them weekly communication. (NOT IF THEY QUIT/OPT OUT PERMANENTLY)

Trust me, In My experience, they always come back to you because they know they saw something in SFI when they asked about it and signed up. They ultimately understand that an active UPLine is the only one who can help them achieve their goals. Understand that most of the times they are confused and hesitant with all the scams out there, or doubt themselves due to of lack of skills or language barriers. Our job is to remind them that the ONLY thing they really need in this business is to TAKE ACTION. SFI offers tons of help for the rest of it. It is within our power as Sponsors to reassign other affiliates to them when they earn it ,preferably, from the same country and encourage them to communicate in their own language! We can train them and introduce them to everything they need from the plethora of information within SFI. BUT they have to be SERIOUS and they have to want it badly now and for the long term! There are no EXCUSES!
