Hello!

I have already read some answers to this question and what they all basically say is:
- support and explain as much as you can
& if it doesn't work, let them go and work with the workers.

I agree completely, but here are some additional thoughts:

- does your downline respond to your emails and other efforts to stay in touch? If they don't (and most of mine don't), there is not much you can do.

- does most of your downline come from

Honestly speaking you can't make their decisions & build their business & their teams for them, they make thoses decisions for themselves. You also do not hold yourself responsiblewhen team members fold, not everyone is meant to be here..You will loose some & gains some. What you can do is Lead with good honestest, steadfast, passionate Leadership. You have to earn & grow your own true passion & daily success as a Leader.Once your a true believer & successor, your team will follow

Very good question

Motivate your downline by sending out your team mails.
State your achievements with SFI and make them believe that it is very possible for them to do the same.
Making your downline see your achievements like winning tcredits, getting new psa's, reaching BTL and STL and winning a prize will motivate them to do the same.

Remember to set an example as your downline looks up to you as their leader and they want to see their sponsor succeed to believe

This is a tough question! Not a fixed formula but a combination of several aspects.

The bottom line is those who become affiliates of SFI have to be convinced that they want to be part of this initiative. They must have a basic understanding of the concept. (Not a get rich overnight scheme) Sadly many join out of curiosity and when this is the case the outcome is obvious, they quit.

They ought to have a desire to persevere and have great expectation so the chances of getting

I was on the verge of quitting at one time. I had to look back and ask myself the reason WHY I had joined SFI. My reason of joining is to improve my way of life so that I can become a source of blessing to my family and those that are less fortunate than myself beginning with my own family first and foremost. This necessitates that I earn money. In order to earn, I have to work and work extremely hard by building up my business until I am at least comfortable with the outcome.
I have to be motivated

With a downline there are winners and quitters. You are looking for the Diamond in the ruff. Let's say you have barn that is full of hay. You loose this million dollar diamond. You know it is somewhere in the huge pile of hay. Where do you begin? or Do you give up? More than likely you will start whereever you have to and search as long as you need to to find it. Think of your SFI Business in the same way. You are looking for that Daimond in the ruff. What if you had to go through 1200 people

1. Support--your support at their crucial time is very important/ give words of hope and examples of how you yourself handled the same situation earlier.

2. Find out the reason WHY they want to quit? IF it is financial--help out with Giftcards or TC---dont leave them on their own to struggle!

3. The hard workers will agree with you and take your advice to move on BUT the quick money makers will make this en excuse and you cannot stop them giving up as that is their own choice.Remain

The best way to keep your downline of giving up and the giving up of SFI is to you to lead them by your example :

1. Treat SFI like a Business, This means that they have something to invest. Time or
money, or both. If they do not have money then they need to invest time. If they are
enough devoted to what they do then they will be rewarded.

2. Guided him to study the SFI system, Many Affilates give up after the first or second
month Because they

I have read some of the answers to your question. They are all right on. When they say that you can't keep people from quitting, they are exactly right. I have been around "Network Marketing" for 10 years, and everywhere I see any statistics about retention I find that about 2% - 3% is about the best you can expect. The other 97% or 98% are not going to do anything with it.

Too often people have no idea what is involved in building a business online, and when they realize there

I believe the best way is by sharing personal success story. Or, if you are a new affiliate, you can share success story of some of your upline (but ask them first).

Make sure to educate your downline (and by doing that, you will also educate yourself). Explain to them all income streams. Some of them are maybe not talented for recruiting, but they could sell TripleClicks products. Or someone might have own store; that person should become an ECA. Some will be better in recruiting ECAs
