As we are all individuals there is no easy answer. Many will sign up looking for fast easy money and get disappointed if VP does not equal dollars instantly.
If they are likely to quit it will be shown in a couple of ways.

Firstly, no response to your welcoming them to their online business and offering help and guidance as they learn how to take the tools freely given so they can succeed in SFI.

Secondly, a falling off of the initial hunger for VP as indicated on the

This is a hot topic and difficult to answer.

As a team leader, I do my best to consistenly be in communication with my downline and, make sure that my progress and actions are visible to them. As you may already know, your downline will only do as you do; they will duplicate your actions, if they inspire to be like you or better. But, all of that is based on their personal needs and inspiration they have for you and themselves. However, as a team leader, you are not in control of the

The assumption here is your affiliates have started working and you want them to keep going, or, these could be affiliates who have started working but for some reason they are contemplating to quit. Majority of these happen at the second month in SFI.

It is very important to know why affiliates quit, so that we can address them with your affiliates.

There are major reasons why affiliates quit SFI. I am citing here five and will share how to address them.

1. They

The best way will be to lead by example. You must never give up. Stick to the course regardless the ups and downs and they will see that and learn to kill the doubt before it grows. Discourage negative talk as much as possible by changing it to something positive.

Another good way will be to keep them motivated. This means that you will have to take time to know each affiliate in your team. Check their profile and see their stated goals and what really interests them. Then form

Dear Zina,

There isn't a bulletproof way to stop people from quitting. The only way to build your down line is to keep sponsoring new affiliates until one of them realizes the opportunity you gave him/her and starts working the system.

What you CAN do is always be supportive, make guides and tutorials on how to do everything from the early steps to the final stages of setting up your business. Make Step-by-Step guides with screenshots for some of the more complicated actions

First of all you have to LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

You have to let them know, that you had a hard tims too, but you didn't quit.
You made it through, and achived your current status.

Also they have to know, that SFI is not get-rich-quick program,
and you cant't earn money just by sitting and waiting.

They have to DO something for themselfs, and this is:
-reading and learning
-advertising
-duplicateing
-making your own team

And money

Hello,

Let us accept the fact that 'to quit' or 'to continue' is totally in the hands of an affiliate. Don't forget that we are in the business of Network Marketing, where people decide to join without convincing. In the same way, they will continue to work or quit without any convincing.

As a sponsor what you can do is:
> Keep in touch with your 'movers' consistently through PSA/CSA mailer. Send them few motivating mailers frequently.

> Provide right kind

Most people join SFI with the intention of earning just within a twinkle of an eye so if it turns out the other way round,they get disappointed and eventually quit.If I find any my downline in such a situation,these are what I would do;
1.I will make it clear to him/her that SFI is a real business and not one of the so-called get-rich quick businesses and that he/she shouldn't expect to earn within few weeks or even few months after joining because real businesses need much time,attention,skills/training,knowledge

The logical thing to do is to identify the possible difficulties that could make a person want to quit a program like SFI, Then find the best possible solutions to these difficulties.
POSSIBLE DIFFICULTIES
1. Being overwhelmed by the apparent complexity of SFI.
2. Lack of time
3. Lack of money to invest
4. Lack of zeal.
SOLUTIONS TO APPARENT DIFFICULTIES
1. The first thing to do, especially with new affiliates is point out the four basic parts of SFI in the SFI

You can keep anyone from doing anything that they purpose to do. You can only support the ones that want it. Some will and most will not. So when you see an affiliate logging in regularly but not achieving many VP send them a support message to find out how you can help them earn more VP.

Don't leave your PSAs to the 'wolves'. Nuture them. If they feel crowded they will let you know . But in most cases, they love the extra attention to you show to help them achieve there goal.
