Most people join SFI with the intention of earning just within a twinkle of an eye so if it turns out the other way round,they get disappointed and eventually quit.If I find any my downline in such a situation,these are what I would do;
1.I will make it clear to him/her that SFI is a real business and not one of the so-called get-rich quick businesses and that he/she shouldn't expect to earn within few weeks or even few months after joining because real businesses need much time,attention,skills/training,knowledge and capital for investment before it gets well- established for one to start reaping the fruit of his/her labour so they shouldn't expect anything from SFI when in fact they don't even know what SFI is all about,haven't gone through any training about how to become successful at SFI and so on.
2.Following up with words of encouragement:I will tell my downline that despite the fact that SFI isn't a get-rich quick business,with hardwork,determination,perseverance,dedication and continuous reading they can start earning just within few weeks or months even if they don't have funds and with less knowledge about advertising.Through reading,they will get to know that all the tools they need to succeed are right at their disposal here at SFI.I let them be aware that they can do it and teach them some proper ways of sponsoring as well.
3.Administer effective sponsoring:all the said above are ways of sponsoring affiliates but I won't stop right there.I will use my experience here at SFI as an example.I will let them know that myself and all the "BIG GUYS" here started just like them.I will tell them the challenges I faced and how I overcame them,especially the problems associated with team building and duplication(a lot of inactive PSAs & CSAs) and a feel of the benefits I am presently enjoying.I will let them know that they are not the first people facing difficulty in team building and so they shouldn't give up. I will always be available to answer their questions and do my possible best to motivate hardworking ones by giving them some incentives.This will boost their morale.
4.I will let them know that even though Duplication is the best way of earning residual and leveraged income,it takes a lot of time to achieve it so I will teach them some of the fastest ways of earning like;referring TC members and earning massive 45% on all their purchases and VPs as well,selling T-Credits by promoting PB auctions and earning up to $300 a month depending on the packs they sell,referring ECAs and earning royalties for life,recruiting more PSAs & CSAs and earning commissions on all their purchases etc.I will also enlighten them on the great benefits they stand to enjoy some years to come if they don't quit and persevere to build a very strong team.I believe with these said my downline will never Quit but will always persevere to make it Big like others are doing some years to come.

I define Versa points as valuable numerical points every SFI affiliate needs to become successful.
The types of VPs are;
1.Action VPs:these are the VPs one gets by performing certain activities like taking his/her daily,weekly and monthly actions,review bought products,setting up a SO order of at least 1500 VPs,handing out gift cards etc.In short,all the actions allocated on the VP ledger
2.Sales VPs:these are the VPs one gets by selling or making purchases at TC.
Uses of VPs:
*VPs are used to determine an affiliate's overall,country and class rank.They are also used to determine an affiliate rank in a particular month and also the number of consecutive times you earn 10 VPs daily determines the kind of daily VP streak badge you attain.
*Accumulating at least 1500 VPs every month gets you a share in the TC executive pool and earning T-Credit bonuses.Getting at least 3000 VPs(2000max.sales points/1000 min. action points)makes you a BTL.Earning even more can advance your Leadership rank to STL,GTL,and PTL so as to earn matching VPs on all your EA2s(both PSAs & CSAs) and second home CSAs anytime you earn more VPs to maintain your TL.
*VPs also add up to our monthly payouts.That is the more VPs you earn,the more commissions you get.
*VPs indirectly help affiliates(leaders) lead by example.This is because an affiliate who has never reach EA or TL cannot easily convince his/her downline to do so.Being ranked in a better position in your country,class and overall tells your downline the kind of leader you are.Being E365 champion or finalist,a fast track member and TL also shows the kind of leader you are.All these can be achieved through max. accumulation of VPs,hence the use of VPs.

Support is of different forms.Financial support is only one aspect.There are other forms of support such as encouragement,teaching and advice.Since you are not financially sound yourself,I will advise you to do the following:
1.Start by encouraging them to persist and be determined to make EA this month at all cost even though the journey to EA in the second month is not easy when one has no funds.Let them know that with determination,hardwork and persistence,they can change the impossibility to possibility.That they can reach EA if they are really determined to do so.
2.Secondly,teach them how to earn VPs.They might know some ways of earning VPs but you might probably be in a better position to teach them more ways since you are somehow more familiar with the SFI business than they are.
**Teach them how to earn 300 VPs in the month by taking the daily actions on their To-do-list
(i.e 10vps x 30)**
**Teach them how to earn 152 VPs in the month by taking the weekly actions on their To-do-list(38vps x 4)**
**Teach them to earn 5vps by setting their monthly goals**
**Teach them to participate in the hourly T-Time contest to win some T-Credits.They should buy 10 e-books that cost one T-Credit each before the 15th of the month so that they will have the chance to review them to earn 250vps(25vps per e-book review)
*Teach them to also try their luck on PTP,if they guess correctly they will get 100T-Credits to bid,earn MRPs,buy T-Credits with MRPs and get VPs(102vps per T-Credit purchase)
**Lastly,even though your affiliates don't have any fund to invest,you can advise them to change from where they currently buy their daily items and start buying from Tripleclicks.Better still,they should convince the ECA near them to join Tripleclicks,buy they same items they buy from them and also earn VPs with every purchase they make.With this they will earn VPs for all the purchases they make to help them reach EA.Advise them to also refer TC members and earn VPs and even commissions when they make purchases at Tripleclicks.With all these done I strongly believe your downline will reach EA without any financial support.

Every SFI affiliate has his/her own reasons for joining SFI,but the general motive of all affiliates is to earn some good amount money to gain financial freedom.All affiliates start as basic affiliates.Basic affiliates can earn in ONLY two ways whiles Executive Affiliates(EA) can earn in as much as six different ways.They can choose to remain basic affiliates if they wish but if they want to earn more,then they should try to always reach EA every month.These are what you should let your downline be aware of so that they don't feel being pressured by you in setting up a standing order:
1.Draw their attention to their purpose of joining SFI;that they came here to earn some good amount of money to solve their financial problems not to be earning some small amount of money which wouldn't profit them in any way.
2.Let them know that at SFI the only means of having more chances of earning is by becoming EA every month and even advancing to be Team Leaders.
3.Let them also be aware that it isn't easy to reach EA without making any purchase when one advances past the first month and that the only means of doing this so easily is by buying and advertising.
4.Let them know that when it comes to buying,then having a standing order is the best.Setting up a standing order means having a product being shipped to you at rather a lower price than the normal standard price.Enlighten them to make them aware that if they set up a standing order of at least 1500vps they will make EA every month and earn in six different ways.They will also get additional 100vps for setting up a standing order.Plus they will also have the item at rather a lower price.With a standing order of at least 1500vps plus the little effort they make,they can even become TLs and earn matching VPs on their EA2s to add up to their monthly income.
5.Make them aware that to become an awesome sponsor,one must lead by example and setting up a standing order is one of the ways of leading by example and this can even help them in duplicating.
With these said I think they will see essence of having a standing order every month without you even telling them.

Let me first make it clear that SFI is actually not a get-rich quick business,however there are some strategies one can adopt to start earning very quickly.In order to start earning quickly here at SFI,the following must be done;
1.Making sales at Tripleclicks:this can be done by advertising both online and offline(i.e door-to-door advertising) to get companies which deals in products on "higher demand" to sell their products at Tripleclicks and for each approved ECA,you get 100 VPs when they list their first products and 10% CV on all sales made at the end of the month for life.You can also hand out gift cards to people to list their unwanted stuff for sale and earn commissions on all their sales or even earn commissions when they make purchases with the cards.Last but not least,you can list items of "higher demand" yourself for sale and earn commissions.
2.Making purchases:this can also be done by getting people(PRMs) to buy all their daily products from Tripleclicks and earn massive 45% CV on all their purchases and VPs as well.You must also do likewise,buy all your daily products from Tripleclicks and earn VPs to reach EA every month in order to have a share in the monthly pool.In the case of delay in products delivery,you can convince the nearby store you buy from everyday to join Tripleclicks and still buy from them and earn those VPs and reduce shipping cost as well.By so doing,they automatically become your ECA and you still earn 10% CV on all their sales.Teach your PRMs to do same and they will always love buying to boost your earnings.
3.Promoting PriceBenders Auctions:sell T-Credits by referring people to the latest auctions won by people at price with 90% or more off the regular price.These people eventually become interested and would also like to bid.They will buy T-Credits and depending on the paks they buy you can earn monthly commission up to $300
4.Recruiting more PSAs:buy PSAs,bid to win PSAs & CSAs and make both free and paid advertisement to recruit many PSAs and for every purchase they make,you earn 45% and 15% commissions on your PSAs and CSAs respectively.
These are the best strategies I think would make one earn very quickly at SFI.

In my opinion,the main motive behind the setting of contests is to motivate,support and reward both hardworking affiliates to work more and non-working affiliates so as to ginger them to also work.Some people sometimes will not start anything unless they're motivated and given incentives,others will also start but unless motivated and supported will only run at a low pace.It sometimes become necessary to keep people like these moving by motivating,supporting and rewarding them through contests.Once people like these are well motivated,they will work very hard to become successful and you know what this means,they will duplicate your efforts and you will earn more commissions,residual and leveraged income plus matching versapoints.In view of this,the rewards of any contest should be rather handsome and the goals also achievable if not you might end up getting the opposite results which might in turn affect you negatively as well.

All three;IAHBE,TCredits and S-Builder are direct TC products and are all of equal importance.But then depending on one's stay at SFI and budget an affiliate may prefer one of them to the other.Setting up a standing of at least 1500VPs,you only need one unit of IAHBE,125 pack of TCredits and six units of S-Builder Co-op.Comparatively,IAHBE is less expensive and six units of S-Builder co-op more expensive.That not withstanding,an affiliate who thinks he/she now has enough training to start building his/her own downline may not be needing neither IAHBE nor TCredits.He or she will opt for the six units of S-Builder if he/she can afford.Also,an affiliate who is new in this business and requires more training besides what SFI offers through the Launchpad lessons will also opt for IAHBE since it's the one amongst the three that provides more training.Then also,an affiliate who wants to participate in the auctions,list items for sale,reward his/her hardworking affiliates with TCredits and do more with anything with regards to TCredits will also opt for TCredits if it meets his/her budget.On this note I will not recommend anything to you since all are of equal benefits but then the only advice I can give is if you ask me to help you choose one is,Examine yourself very well and know which one will help you achieve your goals and select the right quantity according to your budget.Help it helps,Aim high and Dream big!!!
