The simplest and most effective way to get affiliates from quitting is to motivate and encourage them to conform to the SFI affiliate system and log in every day. If an affiliate does that they will stay active until they finally "get it" and become a committed SFI EA. New affiliates must understand that SFI is not a "get rich quick scheme" but a "slow burner" that explodes when you become a Team Leader, which is something that is "doable" with just five active

This is a great question and I must say from my own experience it is very easy to start with in month one or two. To get to executive level is not too difficult and even without any support from your upline, you can make it happen.
Things become more of a challenge as the ways of getting points from the to do list page begin to dry up. You get to a point in month two when even doing all the to do list, you cannot gain enough action points to progress to the next level. Even by buying products,

In my opinion. You can only do your best to maintain  and build rapport with those who are open minded  and  receptive  and are still eager to give it another shot before you go and try your level best to nurture ,motivate and support them as the saying goes that  you can  take a horse to water but you can't make it drink   Likewise. If the other party is not a willing party then it will be fruitless to push too hard as it really takes two hands to clap so don't be discouraged if they really

Keeping our down lines from quitting and giving up on sfi. nice question. first we need to determine there bone of contention, what is that particular thing that makes them get fed up.
second, assure them of possible solution.
third, make suggestions of possible solutions
fourth, proffer those solutions at no cost,
fifth, direct there attention to sfi forum, where they can express there feelig in writting,
sixth, follow up on them to see if they are making use of the ready

Hello, very nice question.

According to my short experience, you can't. With my first PSAs I tried everything, I offered them all help I could provide for them and nothing. I even offered some gifts if they become EA2. Some of them haven't even answered my e-mails.

To be a good sponsor, you have to provide necessary help to the people who want to work. You will always have people who just joined because they were curious or who thought this is some fast earning scheme. Maybe

It's said that if you believe the path which you are traveling, people follow the same.

In SFI, it's evident that if we believe In SFI then others too believe on our beliefs. Keeping your downline motivated it's a very important factor for Team Growth and for that we need to excel in our own task and performance to let the downline know that if we can do that, you can also.

Secondly, we can also encourage them with the T credits gifts, tips and by sharing our own proven formula

It is not an easy question to answer as there are those who have walked this journey and have seen their downline quit. Whatever the reason, Don't give up in writing to them and encouraging them.

Ultimately it is the individual's decision to make his/her choice to continue or to give up. Find ways and means to motivate and share your own experiences even the not so good ones and how you overcame them and not give up.

There is no one formula but find the one(s) that works for

Dear Zina,
the question you asked, I consider it very important because it all depends on ourselves.
From what we believe in the work we are doing, our commitment, and our desire to do.
However, I think that there are people who do not have confidence, have no self esteem and do not have any experience in work via the Internet.
Personally, since I firmly believe in what I do I sent a letter to all affiliates are not active and I using the direct e-mail.
An example of the

Hello, The best that you can do to your downline not give up is,
you have to encourage them to stay focus and not to giving up.
Send an emails and news letter every week, espicially if they
are new on this bussiness coz on their first month its easy to get
VP points, First they have to start on their basics and to answer
the lunch pad and get each question a 15 points, chat with them and
ask them if they need help. As a sponsor and co-sponsor we are the one
who

Hi Zina Cudgel-Sheppard

I think you just need to become friends with your dowline.
I'm not saying friends in real life (but that happens too sometimes) but friends through facebook and other social networks. I'm sure they have at least at one social network a profile of their own and you can ask them if they want to become friends there with you or connect with you because you can help them there too.
That's maybe the best way to keep in touch with them from time to time.

But
