To get your downline to focus on duplication, as a Team Leader you must have established a good relationship with them. Building a close relationship will take time. This can be in the form of group support message, promotion/incentive and recognition. Constant communication with your downline is very vital to build this kind of close relationship. If you have shown to them that you are there for them in their journey with SFI, then they will most likely listen to your tips and advice.

Hi All,

Duplication is so very important to learn in order for you and your downline to become successful.

I would suggest trying the following to try to get your downline to focus on duplication.

1. Have them read and understand the Basic 3 Steps plan. https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps

a. Become an Executive Affiliate every month.

b. Recruit 5 affiliates.

c. Teach your 5 affiliates to do the same Basic 3 Step plan.

2.

The first thing I would do is define Duplication to your downline.

In SFI "duplication" is the action of generating a certain number of PSAs in your downline and teaching them to do the same.
For example: acquire 5 active PSAs, who you then teach to acquire 5 each of their
own active PSAs and so on ( up to 12 levels in SFI).
Each must build their own team to succeed in generating a long
term residual income.

The idea is they will follow your lead

Hello. Simply tell your downline to do as you are doing. That is, if you are duplicating.

The point to stress is that every business needs workers to take care of everyday tasks. So, also their business at SFI needs workers to do the daily tasks at hand and on a daily basis.

Stress the fact that without their own downline, they will be like a small boat struggling in a high storm, being tossed about.

You could also suggest to them to opt in to S-Builder, have a Standing

Its actually pretty easy. You can't force anyone to do anything, but if you give them the proper information, they will most likely follow it, or at the very least find a method that they prefer that will still make them successful, which in turn makes you successful.

First and foremost, before you preach anything to any of your down line, make sure you do it yourself. If you're telling people that they need to have a Standing Order, but you yourself don't, they are going to think that

Duplication is the most important factor in creating wealth with SFI. Therefore affiliates must become aware of this in their initial stage of joining SFI. The person responsible for ensuring that this is done is the Team Leader.

It is not to be assumed that they already know. After explaining the duplication process and its importance inform the affiliate that they do not need to sponsor hundreds of people to be successful. Once you have five good persons you can work with that and

Getting your downline to focus on duplication is one of the rules of success. As you are explaining to your downline about how to be successful, expressing the importance of duplication is part of your pitch.

Duplication will help them earn more money. As soon as they have several EA2's in their downline, they will be getting extra action points for supporting them and it will be easy to become BTL and higher. Once reaching Team Leader status, their income will go up because they

Good question.

Lead by example. If they see what you do works, they will duplicate what you do. Period. Be sure to practice what you teach your downline. If you say do A, you better be doing A too. Successfully too. Remember, you, yourself, should be duplicating your up line or SFI mentor that is producing well.

How can you teach duplication if you are not also successfully duplicating from someone else your efforts. Last thing you want is to teach your downline, whether

I am glad that this question is asked because our SFI business largely depends on Duplication.

Duplication simply means you will encourage your affiliates copy what you are doing, and in return they will also encourage their affiliates to do what they are doing.

With this simple concept of duplication there are very important elements that must be present in order to duplication to occur.

1. Since duplication starts from you, you must do something worth duplicating.

Duplication is when you do what you would have them do. The golden rule works very well here. If you want them to contact you, contact them first. If you want them to become an EA, then you must do it first. You should always lead by example. Don't expect your team members to do anything you're not willing to do yourself. Once they see that you've already done what they need to do, they'll be more likely to follow your lead. Show them your badges, and just be a good sponsor and help them to get where
