I believe in being honest with my affiliates. It's not easy to get the VP to to be an EA in the second month.

And a very low commission is usually the result in the first month. I usually warn them before they see it. And encourage them to do the following:

1) They must either begin to buy from TC or find people who will.

2) They must step out and begin advertising to strangers.

3) They must look at the other money streams offered by SFI.

4)

Numerous people who sign up as an SFI affiliate are just curious and are not really ready to commit to the disciplines required to make this business work. These types of people may not respond no matter what you do.

On the other hand you have those that sign up and you couldn't stop them if you tried. They just get it from day one and are on fire to succeed no matter what it takes.

But for many new affilates you they truly want to succeed with the SFI opportunity, but they

For affiliates that take the time during their first or second month to login, earn VP, Send them a Gift Certificate, even a small one to cover the costs of a Wave3 membership, with instructions on how to redeem it.

A Wave3 membership is one tool they will find very useful in their promotions efforts.

How Do You Keep Your Affiliates Motivated When They Don't Make Money in Their First Month?

People are first attracted to the business because of the income factor. From my experience here in the SFI business, this is what I noticed. The younger generations, normally, want a fast buck. So I gave them 2 weeks or more of online communication. If they stick then that's a sign that they want to go farther. The older group has more tenacity as far as being in the business longer is concerned.

I tell them Rome wasn't built in a day and I remind them that SFI is not a get rich scheme and that those types of programs are usually scams invented to make someone else money.

SFI is a real business and has to be treated as one for a person to be successful. It won't happen overnight no matter what business you choose.

I also tell them the education they get here is well worth the money, and they're getting it for free. Once they get settled into doing the things they

Remind the affiliates that they have to sell something to make money, so they should not expect a cheque if they have not sold something.

Any business you are building takes months, but no sales = no money.

Our home businesses online are no different than brick and mortar shops. The consensuses in the business world from what I read, is that a shop owner may go a year or two before turning a profit depending on the industry, and explaining the reality of business may help them relax a bit. Discouragement comes from false expectations and the exaggerations of internet gurus' wild claims. Having said that, I would send my affiliates some tweets they could copy and tweet. I's make things fun like that.

Remind your affiliates that no business has a great return at the onest. You must invest time, energy and money to see profit. The best thing is once established, SFI tends to work for you so future success is attainable.

We all are HUMANS, and we like being encourage, motivated and praised.
The way to keep your affiliates motivated, even when you have no MONEY are;
1. Let them know what they will get for their hardwork.
2. Expose to them the ways to earn like the commissions and how they come etc.
3. Teach them how to effectively use their SFI, if possible tell them how to boost their earnings.
4. Be motivational to them at all times using stories, testimonies, quotes etc.
5. Make yourself
